Between the infrared sauna's, salt room, Reiki, and massage there is not much more you could want from a spa and it's all in one place. It really deserves more office space but the way things are configured they make it work and make it work well. On top of that they offer hair analysis to test for any chemical imbalances. I was shocked to see how much excess aluminum was in my system. Fortunately with the help of the infrared sauna I have been able to reduce these levels and get towards a more healthier me. The medical massage has been a fabulous experience for me. Having a sedentary job and enjoying physical recreational sports like basketball, the gym, and golf the medical massage has allowed me to reduce the aches and pains as I age. The chairs weren't super comfortable but it was otherwise a relaxing place to wait. Lisa gave me my massage and it was great. Extremely relaxing and she worked on some knots in my back without it becoming painful, which I've experienced at massages at other places. I was so sad when it was over! I would come back for a massage again!

I am not going to lie I know nothing about Halotherapy that breathing in salt is suppose to do, but they made a convincing point when they said everyone feels better when breathing the salt air at the beach. The message was great, the therapist asked what I wanted to have worked on and she hit all the right spots. The hour flew by. I left feeling great and very relaxed. The owner Jillian was super nice and friendly. It's great being able to interact with the owner, the service in a lot better and more personable than you will get a chain massage place. Overall a great place to go in the Hellertown area. I will definitely be back. Way better experience than I ever got the local chain places.
