We had an appointment scheduled for Sunday. Apr 7 at 12pm that was reconfirmed the day before the appointment via phone. We also have email confirmation showing date and time. Half our party drove over from Oviedo, an hour away, to find the doors locked. Nobody is replying via phone or email.

    Shoe covers and salt!

Super friendly and warm staff! The ladies there make you feel rite at home. When I walked in I was greeted warmly by the two ladies at the front desk. I missed my original appt by 7mins or so, so I was given the option to either go in for the remainder of my time or wait until a new session started. Of course I wanted the full time so I waited until the next session. The place is immaculate! A clean place of business just means everything to me lol The place was fairly busy when I went in. There was a session going on in the children's room when I arrived. There were two ladies in the room with me who chatted the entire time but that was fine. ANYWHO The attendants give you shoe covers before entering and also offer a nice thick blanket just in case its too cold for your liking. The room temp was pretty comfortable to me and I just used the blanket as a throw. The beach are comfy and recline to your liking. I sat rite next to the vent and my lips paid the price lol DEFINITELY MAKE SURE YOUR LIPS ARE MOISTURIZED. Overall a great experience. I didn't notice much of a difference with my nose (I have sinus trouble) but then again it was only my first session. I believe I'll give it another try in the near future.

Salt Room time .... dry and relaxing!

I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. After a very stressful & busy event season, I finally treated myself to some self-care. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. I really want to bring my son back here soon to try that with him.

I also had one of the BEST facials I've ever had with Marissa! She was absolutely amazing. Every employee I met was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I am extremely disappointed and upset by my experience here today…read more I completed THREE electronic intake forms before my appointment and was very specific about my skin. I disclosed that I use tretinoin on my face, including the amount, that I had dermaplaned one week earlier, and that I wanted absolutely nothing abrasive, peeling, or exfoliating. I specifically requested a gentle, soothing and calming facial. During the facial, I was asked whether I was allergic to cucumber or papaya. A product was then applied that I was told would "eat away at the dead skin cells." I immediately reminded the esthetician that I had recently dermaplaned and could not have anything exfoliating. I was told that it wasn't a strong exfoliant. It began tingling and burning, and I had to ask for it to be removed. Later, an LED mask was placed over my face without anything covering my eyes, and I was left alone in the room for approximately ten minutes. My eye began burning while I was lying there. When the esthetician returned, I told her. When I mentioned my tretinoin again, she appeared surprised that I was using it. That was especially alarming because I had specifically disclosed it on my intake paperwork before the appointment. My facial was ultimately stopped, and I left with my face visibly red, irritated and burning. I have photographs documenting the reaction immediately afterward. I'm an esthetician myself, which is precisely why I was so careful about communicating my skin history and restrictions beforehand. I cannot understand the purpose of requiring detailed intake paperwork if the information isn't reviewed before treatment. There were other strange details that added to the experience. Upon arrival, I was required to place my belongings into one of the spa's tote bags. I was also offered what was described simply as a "bottle of water" and handed an aluminum bottle. Nothing indicated to me that the bottle was property of the spa or was a reusable vessel. Only when I was leaving, after I had already been drinking from it, was I told that both the tote and the water bottle had to be returned. Learning afterward that the bottle was reused immediately made me wonder about the cleaning and sanitizing procedure between clients. Had I known beforehand that I was drinking from a reusable spa bottle, I could have made an informed decision about whether I was comfortable using it. I paid nearly $300 today expecting a relaxing, gentle spa experience. Instead, I'm spending the evening of my trip in my room with a painful, burning face, unable to go to the dinner I had planned. I have emailed the owner directly with photographs and requested copies of my three completed intake forms, my treatment records, an itemized receipt, and the exact products that were used on my face. I also called afterward and left a message because knowing what was applied to my skin is important to me right now. I sincerely hope the owner responds and addresses what happened. If the situation is handled appropriately, I will update this review accordingly.

From start to finish, the experience was incredibly smooth. The online booking process was super easy and straightforward, and when I arrived, check-in was quick, easy, and welcoming. The lobby immediately sets a calming tone with its cool-toned colors, cozy atmosphere, and beverage station. I also loved browsing the selection of at-home wellness products available for purchase -- a nice touch for anyone wanting to extend that spa-like feeling at home. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful, clearly explaining the float process from start to finish, including what to expect before, during, and after the session. If you've never tried flotation therapy before (also known as sensory deprivation or REST -- Restricted Environmental Stimulation Technique), it's a unique experience where you float in a pod of warm water filled with a high concentration of Epsom salts. The result is a near-zero gravity feeling that can help with stress relief, pain management, improved circulation, and deep relaxation. I booked a session hoping it would help with some persistent neck and shoulder tension -- and it absolutely did. During the float, I was finally able to stretch areas I hadn't been able to move in weeks. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves to a unique, restorative wellness experience.

Lightly Salted is unique and very relaxing and fun. This is located in Lake Nona and definitely a place we will be going back to. You can register online and it was very simple. You will need to put a card down but you are not charged till your appointment. They also offer packages and memberships. My wife and I have only tried their salt room, but we will be doing it again. I don't know if we would get a membership just because of the location, it is a little far for us. If they opened one near our home, in Winter Garden, sign up right up! What a great experience this was. This was the first time for my wife and I, to a Lightly Salted. As soon I entered the building I can honestly say it didn't take too long to feel calm. Checking in for our Salt Room was seamless. The person checking my wife and I in was absolutely polite, informative about Lightly Salted and offered us water. We did chose to do the salt room and let me say that was fantastic. I felt like we were essentially transported elsewhere. This is a room with 4 chairs, you have to take your shoes off since the ground is also salt. You sit down and are given a blanket and tissues. Once the session starts, the lights go down and you can hear the salt being sprayed into the air and the room. It is not a private session, so you might have others in the room with you, but everyone has their own chair. To say I was in zen mode is an understatement. My sinuses were absolutely clear afterwards. You might taste the salt a little bit and you might start to sneeze but the salt is very good for you. All in all I definitely want to return and do a full day. You are there in the room for about 45 minutes, by far not long enough, but it is probably all you need to get the benefits. Im sure the more you go, the better you feel. We definitely left salty (black pants are a no no) but we really enjoyed it.

Registering was super simple, even when we needed to adjust our time day of. It was super easy and there were no issues. You will need to put down a credit card when booking. Since it was our first time, we choose the salt room. They also have saunas and massages. Both my husband and I do not enjoy the heat so we chose the salt room. I have read there are amazing benefits with salt rooms so we were very excited to try it. We were greeted when we arrived and waited about 10 minutes before getting to head to the room. There is some merchandise for sale in the waiting area and they also have water. The room itself is salt so we had to remove our shoes and wear booties. Each room had about 4 chairs with a foot rest to put your legs up. I would have liked the chair to go back a little and I think it did but I couldn't figure it out and was trying to be quiet for the other guest that joined us. We were completely unsure of what happened and I really questioned if the room we entered we just sat there. We were given a little instructions such as your eyes might run or nose and what the benefits of the salt room was. Once it started the lights dimed and this loud blower started. This is what was blowing out the salt. It is such a fine mist you really do not feel it, however I did start to taste a little salt. It was extremely relaxing, I think I fell asleep for a few minutes. After we were covered, white powder on our clothes and our shoes were totally white with salt. I would recommend not wearing dark colors! But overall I loved this experience and I cant wait to go back and do it again!

Floating is a thing. Apparently it's been a thing. And it took me way too long to figure this out…read moreand then take the plunge. I chose this location for my first time floating because it isn't a "pod," it is an actual room--and dang, was I impressed. Service: top notch. The two ladies I encountered were efficient and down to earth, plus super nice and made me feel at ease. Very professional. Facility: Spotless about sums it up. I was super pleased with how clean it was, from the lobby area, to the halls, to the actual private float suites. Float suite: Holy moly. It's just so...nice. Very nice shower, instructions, well prepared prior to your arrival in the room, and just all around soothing. Much better than what I would envision a pod to be. Floating: so, it was my first time, and I booked a 60 minute. The woman who showed me around offered to keep the music playing softly so my mind wouldn't wander too much. I appreciated this gesture and took her recommendation. I wish I had read more tips prior, such as ways to meditate while in the room. The entire time was insanely peaceful, but I know I could have been more at peace had I known how to approach the entire experience. I really loved the float suite-I kept the twinkle lights on at first but then turned them off and found the complete darkness to be what I needed, and I think it just enhanced the entire experience even more. I felt great and so refreshed after; slept so well afterwards (it was a 8pm float), and even a couple days later, have been more well rested than I have been in a long time. My mental health is also seemingly improved, which I love. I used a promo code to try it out, but now I am planning on getting a membership. I don't have time to do it too often, but once a month is easily done and will be a nice break. Try it! You won't regret it!
