We're on our anniversary vacation and wanted a couples massage. Found Lotus Blossom on Yelp & read…read morereviews that made us decide to give them a try. First, I want to say we are very experienced in receiving massages. We're even members at a spa at home, so we get massages regularly. With that said, my husband & I are in agreement that this was the best massage we've ever had!! Our masseuses were Cici & Oxana. They were fantastic! We both walked away so relaxed & refreshed. After a day at an amusement park, they are exactly what the doctor ordered!!! Thank you ladies!! Oh & let's not forget the receptionist who was super sweet & even wished us a happy anniversary! We will definitely return next time we're in Orlando!!

I made an appointment for an acrylic set the following day because I liked the pedicure service. I asked for a square short French set and my opinion definitely changed. I asked her three times to fix the shape and told me that she wasn't done and basically that she knew what she was doing. After that I had completely given up on telling her to fix it bec I clearly knew I wasn't gonna get it how I liked it. at the end of the appointment you could tell I wasn't happy like the day before. I got up to pay my $55 (which honestly for this set, was not worth it.) To add a tip you gave to first pay with the card and manually press the tip button. I'm not sure what gave her the impression to think I was happy enough with the service to leave a tip but she decided to REACH AROUND THE COUNTER and press tip. I looked at her said "it's good like that" and she shockingly said "oh". I'm not the one to just walk away and leave tip but honestly it was a horrible experience. I don't recommend to get your hands done here. Toes aren't bad though..

I did the back scrub add on and it was the best part of the massage. My masseur was good, but she wasn't consistent. I felt a little uneven and she barely applied pressure anywhere other than my back. She did find a knot in my shoulder and massage it out, which was great. I'd definitely come back and try another masseur because my partner had a great experience.

I regret wasting my time and membership here. The front staff, kind and friendly, no problems with front desk. The location has some issues such as they don't allow same day cancellation. The issue came when I booked an appointment for both myself and my spouse, however one of the appointments the therapist was not available so they canceled one appointment and kept the other one. They told us they had a one day cancellation policy and we had to take another therapist if we wanted to be able to receive two massage at the same time, otherwise we would have to pay the cancellation fee for the appointment. Next issue, the location is under construction, the AC was not working. The therapist had fans running in both appointment rooms not to mention floor boards were exposed in the waiting room and hallways that were unfinished. The therapist I had Elena had a lot to be desired. She cut the 50 minutes short. It was not the 50 minutes I used my credit for and the pressure was not hard enough even though I had asked for harder. Not to mention this was the first time a ME therapist didn't wait for me at the end and offer a cup of water. Her exact reply"have a good night" without offering a bathroom or water. Would not recommend this location next time I'm in town which is twice a year from California. In CA the location has better therapists and better location standards.

You can valet at the front, and as long as you have your ticket validated, parking is complimentary, which is a nice perk. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We were greeted right away and offered a quick tour of the facilities (optional, but I'd recommend it), then taken to the locker rooms where everything was set up for us, lockers, robes, and spa shoes. The amenities are honestly next-level. They had everything you could think of: q-tips, combs, brushes, hair dryers, hairspray, shower steamers, sugar scrubs, you name it. There was also a lounge area stocked with water and light snacks, which made it easy to relax before and after services. I booked a 50-minute relaxation massage with Shelly, and she was amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable from the start, and the experience felt very personalized. Before beginning, they have you smell two different aromatherapy oils to see what your body needs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The massage itself was incredible, I would absolutely book with her again. Afterward, we spent time enjoying the rest of the amenities, especially the pool. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff really goes above and beyond, they set you up with a covered chair and even drape a towel to create a pillow for you. The pool temperature was perfect, and having servers walking around to take food and drink orders made it feel even more luxurious. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the beautiful facilities, attentive staff, and little details that make everything feel elevated, I would definitely come back again.

This tiny Eastern European woman was a powerhouse with the massage and I had to have her ease up a few times. The staff was also attentive and wonderful throughout the experience. Where this falls short for me is the atmosphere. When I think Ritz Carlton, I think of the buttery crackers and the Carlton dance from Fresh Prince. After that though, I think luxury and opulence. However, I felt this spa to be a bit clinical to me. Am I in a rehab or treating myself to something amazing? The massage rooms themselves had the same feel... like a treatment room vs. a serene massage environment. Luckily, my eyes were closed most of the time, so it didn't matter much. I feel with different lighting, I would feel exactly like a doctor's office. The inside men's area had a sauna, steam room, hot tub and cold plunge and the area just felt more like a healthcare rehab facility than a luxury spa. The pool and cafe were excellent. It was a nice relaxing pool area with great service from the staff. The cafe had this lump crab salad and honestly, I'd go back just for that.. and probably a massage too!
