I'm a former actor, dancer and model and I could always count on Julie to give me a fabulous cut and colour to get me camera or stage ready! Julie takes the time to discuss my hair and offers excellent advice on styles and products that would work best for me. There is always a consultation beforehand so I always know exactly what's going to happen. I appreciate the quality and the integrity of all the stylists there. Allison and Chang are also awesome! I've referred some of my closest friends here. This is a rare gem, the prices are reasonable the quality is amazing. I get complimented on my hair all the time! I understand the concept of highlights but this... my strands are all SEVERAL different colours from root to tip. I dont know how im going to fix this. Ive been so happy with my hair for years and now im basically in tears. My hair is ony of my most treasured features and now i think ill have to just get it completely corrected. Staff were lovely but for what i got i was incredibly over charged. If you plan to spend 300+ on what essentially equated to highlight and toner go somewhere else. I am really unhappy with the results. My hair is a multicolored frizzy mess. Im from out of town but i would not return if i were local.

I appreciate that they remember my dogs name (noodles) even after bringing him in once! He's like my child so that added attention means a lot to me and makes me feel welcomed. They added a new service where you fill out a page that asks whether you feel like chatting with your stylist or whether you want to take the time to zone out. Also which additional treatment you'd like to include in your visit (you get to choose from some relaxing options like a hand massage, scalp massage, etc.). It feels like you're in a luxurious spa! My stylist is Annah who is an absolute doll and one of the best stylist I've ever had, hands down! She's incredibly talented and one of the senior stylist in the salon (so well deserved)! During every appointment, she'll sit down with you and do a little diagnostic of your hair -- asking if you'd like to change the look, keep the same style, add a little pizzaz, etc. I'm the kind of person that can't put to words the look I'm aiming for by Annah knows EXACTLY what I want, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I told her the other day I wanted to look sexy, Victoria Secretish, long layers by with a little bit of spice and she did just that! She's so knowledgeable in letting you know what hair style will work best with the shape of your face and lifestyle. Annah is warm, friendly, and really cares about making you feel comfortable. Her passion for hair shows through like a bright sparkly star in the sky which is a privilege to experience. She's always actively learning different techniques as a stylist and color expert which is one of the many reasons why I trust her in anything she recommends. She's also an AMAZING teacher and will answer any of your hair questions during your appointment like how to curl your hair using a flat iron. Once I asked her "how can I style my hair without using heat?" and BOOM she taught me a trick on how to curl my hair without curlers that rocked my world! WOOT!!! She's awesome! If you're looking for your new home to make your hair look fabulous, hands down this is the place to be! 5 star service, 5 star cuts/color, 5 start hair stylist. I decided to try her out for my haircut this summer. I had a slight idea of what I wanted and she asked me the right questions to get further understanding of my needs. She is so friendly and the entire experience was so relaxing. With curly hair, you really need a stylist who can educate you on how your curls behave and what cut will enhance the volume or reduce it, how to style them at home , etc. Kim educated me on all of that and recommended some great products to try. That's it! After that awesome experience I decided to trust her for coloring my virgin hair!!! It was a huge step for me, and yesterday after spending 3 hours cutting and coloring my hair, I can say hands down this has been the best my hair has looked in years! She walked me through the pricing, the process of painting my virgin hair, what kind of placement and tone we could achieve etc. She had asked me to create a pinterest board at the time when I booked my appointment, so I had been saving all the looks I liked. That helped her a lot in knowing exactly what I wanted. I love love my new hair painting and fresh cut. Kim and Kenzie (her assistant) made sure I was comfortable with the process and answered any silly questions I had. I was super nervous but these girls made sure I was aware of everything happening.
