Alliance gave me a terrible hair cut and now a staph infection after receiving hair cut and beard trim from southlake. Best part is I called yesterday to speak with a manager because I got my official result back from the doctor. It started in my hair line then proceeded to spread across my face in less than two days. Left a message with a host at the front since the manager wasn't in and never got a call back. I was almost was hospitalized but by the grace of God my fever didn't continue to climb. I will have permanent scaring as well. Thanks boardroom.

Took my 13 year old son for a haircut. I considered a membership . I explained that the biggest…read morestruggle is that when it just dries it just gets poofy and he needs someone to show him exactly what to do with it and I explained that I've spent so much money on different products and she said that she would cut it and show him how to fix it. So she brings him out with wet hair and I get the impression that she's telling me that she's done. I tell her I can't offer an opinion of what it looks like because it's wet. The woman at the front desk assured me that they don't send people home with wet hair that she was just trying to see what I thought of the cut in case she needed to do anything else. Anyhow he goes back there to have his hair blow dried so we can see what it actually looks like and then she brings him out to me with wet hair and tells me that she finished. When his hair dries I'll be able to tell if it's a decent cut or not and see what it looks like but it's 100% not even close to what we showed in the photo of what he was wanting and it's 100% not the service that we asked for The other men that were there all seem to be very happy at the bar and hanging out and visiting with each other so I think that works out well for them. And I didn't noticr anybody else being sent out with wet hair

I usually take my son and we both get excellent haircuts for $10 bucks less than similar places. And they will always throw in a small design for my son if he wants one for no extra cost. No appointments so it can get busy but they have sports on TVs or just bring a book or a podcast. It's a true mens barbershop so not a bad place at all to hangout for a few mins if there's a wait.

Came for the haircut, stayed for the floorshow…read more I feel like the hometown barbershop is a dying breed. Too often as men, we are relegated to the SportClips and the Great Cuts hair options. Ya, you can TELL those places what you want, but you're gonna get the same cut the guy before you got. NOT at MSBS. The stylists LISTEN to their clients, and they offer great advice. I wanted a certain cut once, and two or three persuaded me to go different. Said the cut wouldn't look good for me. Glad they did, because my wife completely agreed! If you have a bad experience here, more than likely, its YOUR fault. Or for that matter, maybe don't bring your squirmy rugrat to get a cut and expect to just check out while its happening? I will KEEP going here every two weeks, I ALWAYS walk out feeling better physically and sometimes the banter and conversation is top notch. If you want the same ol' same ol' production line haircut, go to a "sports barbershop" whatever that is. If you want quality and care, Main Street Barbershop is your only choice.
