The new owners have completely transformed the atmosphere--warmer, more professional, and far more organized than the reviews I saw online. They stayed after closing hours to ensure we left happy, and they won't let you go unless your nails are perfect! I can see that the owners care about their work and are passionate about building their business. They are fairly new so I would recommend booking an appointment or calling in advance if you're short on time. We waited for a while since they were understaffed for Mother's Day but I think the wait was well worth it.

I was with one aesthetician for a year or so and we got really close and I just love coming to your ass because I meant updating her all my life choices and just having a friend to talk to and she had to up and leave which really sucked and it made finding a new station at that location super hard and ultimately I just never recovered from her leaving which sucks cause I like Hello Sugar and I liked how convenient it was. But I'd be lying if I said I'm not happy with the outcome because I ended up finding someone so much better and so much closer to home with great care and it's her own personal business so it's not like she's gonna be leaving me anytime soon.
