I keep thinking to myself I need to try to make that for breakfast now because it was that good! And for our sweet treat dessert we got the carrot cake whoopie. They have a really nice caramel sauce and the pecans are salted, so you get that nice sweet and salty flavor and a good crunch. They often have a line, so be aware that you'll probably need to wait a little bit for your ice cream. They have a good amount of seating.

And, the fact that they sell Holcomb Hollow goodies was awesome. But just about everything else was lacking. I found the staff behind the counter to be gruff and unpleasant. Everything moved at a snails pace; I couldn't believe that a simple cold brew coffee (black) took 10 minutes. The shop is very artistic and has a lot to take in (in terms of decor, things for sale, etc.). It was overwhelming. There is a lot of seating area and separate rooms to congregate in, but even in poking my head in to look around, I received looks that felt territorial and unwelcoming. My coffee was fine, but really nothing to write home about. Not at all interested in trying this place again.

They serve the fantastic Chocolate Shoppe ice cream and rotate flavors. In my opinion, this is the best scoopable ice cream out there so I'm so happy they carry it. I love their flavor selection, I believe it's about 31 flavors that rotate so there's something for everyone. What can be improved upon: Mark ice cream as dairy free, GF, soy, etc. to help with dietary restrictions and offer more sundae toppings. I'm hoping this comes in time, since they're still fairly new, they are off to a great start. I look forward to reviewing the Ice Box again when they are more established.
