I was a…read moremechanic and never in my life have I seen a worse attention to detail. when I got my truck home I looked it over like I do with all my cars. my tool box was put on backwards. I had covers missing from my interior(which shouldn't have been touch). then the worse of it all, my rear bumper and receiver hitch had multiple bolts missing. I use my truck for work and haul a trailer. if that would have came off when I had my trailer there could be a lot of damage maybe including deaths. all that to say, b careful when getting your car done here. there mechanic does not care about detail. they just do it fast so they can get a paycheck. so make sure you take it to someone who care for details. even if it's just cosmetic.

I took my vehicle in for a dashboard change out, brought the OEM part in and all, had it for a week…read morehad talked to Cassey, took a bit longer than expected, Paul seems like a solid dude he was very responsive, but when getting the car back I noticed several things damaged with my car that were not there originally there, I showed Cassey upholstery damage, broken windshield wiper handle, missing vin number plate, broken plastic fittings all through the vehicle he just looked at me and the damage and didn't offer any solution or discount which I found very unprofessional, I had to come back for the vin dash board plate to be put on, Paul said Cassey would take care of the replacement payment (PayPal) which he did once I showed the receipt for the broken wiper handle, still no apology, and that's not including the other damage his staff cause to my vehicle, I found a bit strange I'm a fitness trainer/personal if I have fault in my services (which are clearly my fault) I will accommodate some way, free session or reduced charge. Called two weeks ago regarding a fuel pump open recall from GMC. Was told by the service advisor…read morethat they were awaiting the part, but that he would call me back when it arrived (within a few days, according to him). After over a week I called back this morning, gave my information again for a service advisor to call me back. Received no return call, and when I tried to reach out this afternoon, I was told I needed the VIN number for my vehicle, even though I had been there previously, and the last associate was able to pull up all of my information readily enough, including my callback number. Their communicaiton and levels of customer service are miserable. I understand this is a recall issue, and they make no profit on such work, but something as important as a part for the fuel pump should not be so easily brushed off.

June 2024 looked on line found this 2020 Ram3500 DRW. I was impressed w the whistles n bells. I didn't like the price. Paul met me outside we talked about the veh. It looked good. Description Said it was clear coated, Ranch bumper front. Electric tailgate, bed was scratched and bent ( inside) My trade 2013 F350 SRW. when it got down to NOT paying for the unnecessary "add ons" they were there. I wanted to walk, didn't feel good, ( $$$$) we decided to follow through. To My benefit was Paul agreed to remove my ATTA auxiliary fuel tank, and wiring and gauge. Paul helped me transfer the 45gal fuel to the Rams (31gal) I had to have the auxiliary tank reinstalled, I discovered the tailgate latch was faulty. Locked tight when shut to hard, had to remove the plate to unlock it. ( I have to have it for my 5th wheel.) I tried to fix it because I already took possession. I called Paul, Paul made arrangements to replace the latch, do a front end alignment. It drove with a vibration not felt before. Took it back, Paul got the entire 6 wheels rebalanced. what ever, body Shop did a poor job of fixing things. including the Rt. tail light($700+) lens was cracked allowed water to short out Turn signal ( no replacement because shop failed or hid the problem) * NOTE Paul Bustamante is the new manager, he brought in two salesmen To work with him. The Ram designated guy is Charles, & Michael is the other salesman that helped me. These two folks will answer your questions they do not seem impatient or disinterested. And I can tell you I called often, to hold them to the verbal agreement. Paul was never anxious or upset. They did what they said they would do to make me a happy customer. And they did. ** This truck belonged to a ranch in Terrell, damage to the LRQ, and other parts. ( clear coat? Not everywhere) thin paint, they polished the ( still a ghost) logo from the ranch off the front doors.
