Within a couple days of getting the quote I had him and his team scheduled to fix our driveway gate. The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Alberto's team fixed our fence, raised the gate up several inches, added cable to prevent sagging, and added an automatic gate opener. They also repainted all the iron. He handled all the permitting at no extra cost which was fantastic because all the paperwork that Mansfield wants was making my eyes cross. He brought out a four man crew and they did the job in two days even though it was raining on the second day. They did a spectacular job and I'm so pleased with the new fence. Bobby originally quoted $10k, but it ended up being several thousand dollars more and took several weeks longer than stated. I could live with all of that, but the worst part and reason for the 1-star review is the gate. The gate is poorly constructed and comes off the track anytime there is a little wind. Bobby offered a 1-year warranty on his work so I contacted him to fix the issue. He said he would come fix it, but never showed up. I contacted him several more times and each time he promised to come fix the gate, but never shows up. It's been about a month now. Bobby still hasn't fixed the gate and he's no longer responding to my follow up messages to fix his shoddy work on the gate.

We asked if there was any way they could squeeze us in before the 4th of July since we were having people over, and at they time, they could not. However, when they had a cancellation they remembered that we were hoping to have the fence installed earlier and they gave us a call to give us a more suitable slot, that alone shows they're paying attention to their customers. These guys made sure we had all the right paperwork since North Richland Hills is very particular about fences especially on a corner home and worked to ensure we were following all the right rules and regulations beforehand. Chass and his team kept quality and appearance priority during the project. During the project his team mocked up two different designs-they did not like the way the original design looked. They asked me which one I would prefer-keep in mind all materials had been purchased for the original design. I went with the 2nd design which yes my wife agreed was a better choice. Chass put in a double gate to allow for better access to the yard area. They were professional and did quality work. They showed up when they said they would and stayed late. Hate to say it, but typical contractor behavior. Buyer beware! Poor/low quality work, will try to get payment before job completed, aggressive under bid and then over charge tactics. Run don't walk in my opinion from this.
