I was told I'd get $10 back for lashes that fell out within days - after spending $120 (not including tip) and following all aftercare instructions. A full refund was never offered, and my experience was completely dismissed. We reached out to schedule an appt. and they were able to get me in for my extensions on the exact day/time that I preferred (which was within 2 days of reaching out to them). They were very accommodating and truly expressed care for my time. I received reminder/confirmation texts which were super helpful. When I arrived; parking was a breeze, the studio was super easy to find, the inside of Lash Mi was inviting (decorated so beautiful, awesome music playing), and I was promptly greeted by my lash stylist (Katie). She asked me some questions regarding my history with lashes, my expectations, and then got right to work. She was so delicate it was actually relaxing (I woke up to myself snoring a few times!!). When she finished and showed me my lashes I WAS BEYOND PLEASED; she exceeded my expectations. To conclude that appt. I scheduled a follow up fill but this time with Catt (the owner), she's fabulous (she offered my daughter a beverage and updated her throughout my appt. while she waited for me). In the past, I've had weird reactions to either eyelash glue or the material itself but had ZERO negative reaction to the work that was done by Katie. I decided that I would like to go a little longer for my fill; so at my appt. with Catt, I expressed my new hopes for my lashes and YET AGAIN my expectations were exceeded. Catt and Katie are truly the best of the best, they're knowledgeable, hardworking, and it's very apparent that they LOVE what they do. LOCATION: The location is great with quick in and out services. It's 2nd floor of a strip mall…read more It's a clean location and the beds are quite comfy. They provide blanket if need be and a quick access restroom inside which is always clean. You feel warm and comfortable right from the beginning. PRODUCT: the lashes are great. They aren't too heavy. They are very natural looking and I've received a ton of compliments with the classic and hybrid applications. I have gone other places and the lashes had been too heavy or irritated my eyes because of too plastic of a material. These lashes are lightweight and curve naturally. They aren't piling out your natural lash. So they stay longer. They sell lash wash and maintenance products as well. SERVICE: The first tech I went to was a junior and she wasn't great. I lost many of my lashes (almost all in a few days) but when I upgraded to a masters I started getting better service and my lash application stayed. the first one was pretty good and the 2nd one was fantastic. So basically I think a lot has to do with WHO is handling your services. My tech now explains the shedding process, and my lash type and MY growth cycle. Every 2 weeks for fills is perfect and keeps me looking good and on tip top shape. I have already recommended this place to 2-3 people. I've been wearing lashes for 16 years and had stopped for many years because my last couple of shops were horrible and balded my eyes. But I'm back and my lashes are healthy and the prices have improved.
