All is in layman aka real life lingo, you do not have to be a yogi to follow along, or incorporate the learnings to your personal experiences. I have ZERO physical yoga experience, and even as a remote learner, Tina makes learning the moves, breathing and the RELEASE so easy. The best part of this group, is no judgement. Doesn't matter if you're an expert or a newbie, you will get something out of it. I am repeatedly amazed by the simplicity of the moves, yet I can FEEL IT. I hate to say that, but that was my experience. They are not a traditional yoga studio, meaning they do not offer only yoga. Their schedule is a mix of Pilates, Sculpt, and mostly heated yoga classes. I found the class I took to be too brief with no warm up, limited postures, and lack of instruction.

Not only is the studio perfectly put together with attention to detail in ambiance, but they also offer all of the props and tools you may need for class. It's been a place that I've been able to find sanctuary, peace and space to have time for myself to fortify, strengthen and love on myself -- A place I can fill my own cup so that I can go back and help others in my life too. The instructors are wonderful humans and this place is so so special. With regular yin, restorative and sound baths, this yoga studio (for me) continues to be a place of healing and growth and I often leave feeling like I'm walking on a cloud! I paid for services they did not honor per their agreement. This club does not value customer service, in any capacity. The first class I took with the lead instructor was not great. I being a beginner needed some guidance and the instructor was not helpful in any capacity. When I requested help, I got an eye roll & I was made to feel like I was a nuisance. Moving forward to booking additional classes as time progressed every class I attempted to book was always full . Granted it is a smaller studio and the parking is also very limiting which is also discouraging. After working out at other studios and gyms that they are much more accommodating and helpful then Club Pilates. Club Pilates in San Marcos is not worth the money at $30 a class. I also get a much better workout at other studios and gyms that are less. I asked to get a refund on the remainder of my class package I purchased and was told to go to other locations that are not convenient for me.

For the past four months, I go four times a week whenever possible. "A HUGE thank you for guiding me on a new journey that started one year ago. I thoroughly enjoy measuring my personal accomplishments from when I first began your classes on 12/6/2013. At a minimum, my strength, balance and concentration have all improved. I can add that my inner peace has been enhanced. When I walked to my car after my first class, I could not believe how great my body felt. It was as if, internally, things were rearranging to their natural working positions. Even though several of the positions are not comfortable, with your guidance, I see big improvements comparing December 2013 to December 2014. The positions are less uncomfortable and I can notice the progress, as I can turn a wooden block down one level, hold a pose longer and continue to learn to refine basic positions. Throughout my career, my most significant mentors would be with me, as that "little voice in my head" , speaking words of wisdom, guidance and reason. Now, when I realize I am slouching, one of your three voices pops into my head. I repose, stand up straight, broaden my chest, drop my traps, reposition my feet and say to myself, "that feels better!" I've had lymphatic drainage treatments with other professionals before, and I can truly say that I had never experienced a proper Gua Sha treatment until my session with Dara.
