I waited for a table (at the hostess stand) for 25 minutes. The food took another 20 minutes to arrive to the table, and my orders were all WRONG! The kitchen appears to be churning out orders timely, but the staff doesn't understand the simple concept of timely delivery of appetizers, especially when people are HANGRY. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY FOOD. I WILL UPDATE AFTER THE MEAL. Three people in my party. All the orders arrived to the table wrong. My son's food arrived cold (supposed to be a hot burger). Wait staff is not effectively communicating to the kitchen. Maybe the chef with the headphones on should take them off and listen. Already an awful experience and I've not tasted the food. Update: The food met my expectations. It was tasty, messy, and we were all very hungry. Drink service was painfully slow. Host service was slow. We had to refill our own drinks. I would revisit this location only if the staff was under new management. These folks clearly have no idea how to run a restaurant inside a casino. Like the greeter at Walmart telling me "Hello" as I'm leaving the store.

Since they're relatively new, having opened in 2025, it was great to see such a welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated immediately. The service was friendly and attentive, and our food came out incredibly fast. For drinks, we ordered an Americano and the Breakfast Latte. The latte was absolutely divine and is a must-order if you visit. For food, we tried the Patria Biscuits & Gravy and the Patria Loco Moco. The biscuits and gravy were excellent. The biscuits were soft, tender, and flavorful, while the gravy was rich and satisfying. It was a very filling dish. The Loco Moco was also enjoyable, and I appreciated the addition of green chile, which gave the dish a nice twist and added some much-needed flavor. Without it, I think the dish would have been a little bland. Overall, we had a great experience. Between the welcoming service, delicious drinks, and tasty food, I'd definitely come back and try more items on the menu.

Owner Matt and his wife Tasha could not have been more welcoming, in a "friend, we're so glad to see you again" way (despite having never met us before), and not a creepy, cloying way at all. My husband and I went twice in three days for breakfast and had great food and wonderful service both times. The food was cooked to order. The wait wasn't long at all. We love their selection of teas and heartily recommend the Tropical Green tea and the Passionfruit tea. I like a standard breakfast, and their Patria Plus Breakfast of two outstandingly delicious sweet cream pancakes, perfectly cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, and well-seasoned house potatoes was a winner. Their Biscuits and Gravy is huge and filling. We absolutely needed a box for leftovers with that one. The candied bacon, made presumably with a homemade sweet chili sauce, was sinfully delectable and addictive. The Croissant Smashburger with added avocado hit the spot. I highly recommend Patria as a place to try when you are visiting Pagosa Springs. We are new to the community and are thrilled to find a quality eating destination for us.

I ordered the vegan French toast and a side of bacon. Having a severe egg allergy makes breakfast choices out limited. The cinnamon on the French toast gave it the right crisp plus the maple syrup was spot on for my taste buds. The bacon is thin strips which aren't my thing I prefer thick cut bacon. It has a few counter seats and then as many tables as can be put inside for seating. Turnover of tables was quick. Many people came and went. I enjoyed my hot tea and read while I ate.

So cool inside with crazy toasters on the walls. Also seating outside. Service was great and with a smile. I had the Animas breakfast which was bacon and eggs with 2 delicious potato cakes and wheat toast. Very good. Coffee good. The wife had corn beef hash with 2 over easy eggs on top. She loved. I knew it as soon as I read their menu. She likes different stuff. They also make breakfast drinks but alas, we had to drive 3 hours back to Creede so had to pass. Someone got a burger for lunch that looked good but was huge.
