They were a little undercooked as well, being soft without the crisp outside. The corrected order, another Fox burger, was better. The veggies were fresh and the meat was hot on this burger but still had little taste. The fries were warm at best but were cooked properly with a crisp outside. The onion rings were fresh and hot. The restaurant was about half full and there was plenty of staff but no one checked on us throughout the meal. There was no explanation regarding the incorrect order. There was a lively discussion regarding some relationship one of the servers was having which provided the show accompanying the meal, but it seemed to distract the staff.
