They have a nice selection of gaming items on their shelves, but if you have something you want that they don't have, they'll immediately order it for you, have it in stock quickly, and communicate with you the whole way through. If you are looking to sell any coinage, jewelry, or any bullion this is the place to go!! Many coin stores will often try to lowball customers who bring in items they have no clue about, but this store IS NOT one of them. I have brought in more than a few items with my girlfriend, and being college students with no clue how much those items were actually worth and not being too involved in the passion we could've been given prices that didn't match the actual value. Instead, they gave us accurate appraisals and walked us through how they value the coins and what price they would purchase them from us. They also were not pushy about trying to buy right there at the spot (we actually kept all of them and will start collecting coinage). I'm new to the hobby; however, the staff treated me with complete respect and were willing to teach me anything that I wanted to know about. In fact, I never really expected to be interested in the hobby, but the staff made me feel welcome and actually led me to delve into the passion of coin collecting--I've even begun to coin roll hunt thanks to them!

The owner has expanded and this location holds all types of wonderful items from artists from across the country. The selection is not overwhelming but gives you plenty to look through. I will probably be back for Lego earrings or hope someone I know sees this and knows that I like them. Wink wink. I really love the IOWA love this owner has as do the many artists displayed there. I really fell for the prints that were being displayed and some of the IOWA jewelry up to purchase. Lots of unique gifts for someone who has everything. Right in the new building by RayGuns new location, this store is a beautiful addition to our Des Moines east side.

The layout is quite open and makes for finding what you need quickly. A lot of the t-shirts were fun and they had more accessories to match them. As far as other toys, we found many items of interest from superhero toys to Nerf fun. We even found some great items for the office such as Rubik's Cubes. We get lots of requests to return and it will be our "Go! to" toy store.

I would suggest making an appointment if you already have a ring or another piece in mind so that you can be helped immediately, particularly on weekends. Otherwise you should be able to walk right in and have someone assist you on week days. As part of their service they like to make sure that you are educated as a buyer, which was great for me being that I had never bought a diamond ring before. They had booklets that I could keep and worked with me for about a hour just educating me about diamonds. They brought out several diamonds, showing me different qualities and sizes so I knew exactly what I wanted and why diamonds are priced the way they are. They even told me to go to a few other location first to get a feel and talk to other stores just so I could understand the market and then decide if the ring I had picked there was still the ring I wanted the following week. Overall they really care about their customers and they don't work off of commission, so they are not pushy. The only draw back is that they are still upper end so I would seriously consider your budget if you are planning on buying a ring here. It's well worth it but if you you don't have a solid amount saved up you may be only disappointed when you see all the other rings in the store.
