I used Impressive Homes for cleanup/repairs due to tree damage from Hurricane Isaias. Owner Scott Kelley was outstanding to work with and frequently went above and beyond. He frequently personally stepped up to help out with things while his crews were tied up in other projects (e.g. personally showed up to help remove tree limbs from the roof and remove the tree limbs). Also, he rolled up his sleeves on the roof repair itself (e.g. rafter replacement) as his crews were busy with the shingling process. His crew was extremely efficient and completed the shingle replacement in just 2 days! It's also important to highlight that Impressive Homes was meticulous in their clean-up, which was greatly appreciated as I have young children and dogs that are always running around in the yard. Scott frequently worked directly with the Insurance Company and personally met with the insurance adjuster to discuss the nature and extent of the repairs, which really minimized how much I had to deal with the adjuster during the process.
