They were reliable and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They work closely with other contractors, which saved us a significant sum of money and length of time on the project. In our case, they coordinated with the fantastic Fournier Irrigation to have all the necessary electrical conduit installed at the same time the irrigation system went in. One particularly nice touch was Steve, the skilled technician who installed the system, returned to our house at around 9 pm to make sure everything was working properly and to make final adjustments.

Not only were they the most proactive and responsive business we have ever worked with, they stand by their work. If anything went wrong, they went above and beyond to make it right. Yes they might be more expensive but it's worth every penny to know you had the job done by professionals who truly care about their clients and their projects. I can't recommend them more highly! I personally worked with Josh and Caleb Bahler, and Ryan King who designed the project with me. All of them (and their crews) were excellent and knowledgable and always responded immediately to any concerns.

He also mentioned that it was good I didn't have plants around my deck so he could use a stronger bleach. He never used any bleaching agent. Instead of removing the dirt from between the boards he put stain on top of the dirt. When the stain dried I noticed numerous white spots on the deck. The Behr representative told me that happens when the wood hasn't sufficiently dried from rain or other moisture. There are also various areas that had been sanded and stained which are no longer smooth. They are rough. This too can be a problem of not waiting a sufficient amount of time for the wood to completely dry.

Weather and (my) schedule essentially were making it a little challenging to connect and meet for an estimate initially. Undeterred, Rosario was super responsive to my calls or texts to move date/times. In fact, he stopped over early one morning (while passing through town on separate business) and was able to assess what was needed before I knew or spoke with him later that day. He gave me what was a VERY competitive price as well as a date to complete the job (which was very quick and accommodating). Like earlier, on the day before the work was to be done, Rosario followed up to confirm when he would be arriving and both he and his brother arrived, right on time and explained exactly what they would be doing. They asked me if I had any questions, thoughts, or concerns and then they went to work straightaway. I was able to go to work confidently while they did their thing which by all accounts was efficient and neat before wrapping up and touching base to review everything and see if I had any other questions. On a personal note, one could see both Rosario and his brother are both old school when it comes to working with customers. A family business that they followed their father in, they take pride in their work and care about their customers (including taking a little time to get to know them beyond the business transaction once the work is all done). I would HIGHLY recommend Rosario Spada Masonry Contractors and will keep them in my contacts list for future work (they do it all when it comes to masonry work)! They were at our house within 24 hours and gave us what we feel was a very reasonable estimate to remove and replace our roof. The job was scheduled promptly and the work was 99% completed in one day with a crew of 8 who worked almost non-stop the entire day. They were obviously very experienced and we were impressed how they all worked cooperatively and efficiently. The project manager, Dru and his team showed up on time, did a great job of protecting the property with tarps, removed and replaced the roof (with some deck patching) all in one day. A location that needed special attention that I pointed out, was worked on as the light faded, but the crew kept at it until it was taken care of. They cleaned up well after they were done. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would recommend them if you need any work done on your roof.
