They have repaired plywood that was not appropriate for roofing. They found a hole for venting an exhaust fan that was covered over by plywood. You stated you would be there at my home when the redo of the roof was done. You weren't. My current carpenters did the job and had gotten paid , and who knows when I will need them again in the future for restorative work roof or otherwise. They did their job and did it well. I've learned a fine lesson from this, research and ask numerous people for decent contractors. As for the owner of Elite, you eventually have to answer to a higher power. I've taken pictures, but they will stay with me. My carpenters did their job , and am proud of the work they did.

He replaced a skylight in a historic building in Hartford's South End for us. We had a couple roofers try to repair and a contractor try to patch the leaky skylight with tar but it continued to leak. We had difficulty finding someone to replace it until we came across CJ. He is licensed, insured (needed this for our HOA) and certified by the skylight manufacturer. CJ came out the next day to assess, provided a quote and was there the following day to replace. His fee was very fair and work absolutely flawless. He was neat and super professional. Friendly and articulate. I really liked that he showed us before and after pictures from on top of the roof and inside as well. This guy is an absolute gem if you have a leaky skylight. This was a rental property but I have skylights in my house as well that have been problematic and we'll be using him again! Message me with any questions.

They were very respectful of our home and placed drop cloths anywhere they would be working and along their walking paths. After the job was complete, they vacuumed and cleaned up any mess. We were home during the entire process and overheard the employees constantly making sure that everything was aligned perfectly. I highly recommend this company if looking for quality work and great service. The gentleman that initially came for the quote and final measurements was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions in great detail. The truck driver who delivered our windows the day before installation couldn't help but to sing their praises. Great experience beginning to end. This review is happening because of poor workmanship a less than a year after the job was done, I…read moream including the whole story because it needs to be known why I refuse to call them to fix the issue. We had an issue with our basement windows. After many calls to various companies we settled on using Tonnotti. I am a huge advocate of using the mom & pop establishment. From the moment of contacting them we were upfront & honest that we would need to finance the job after the down payment. Every time we spoke with someone we got a song & dance about looking for a new company with better terms for financing. Skip ahead to the installation day, the work is completed & we were asked for payment. Imagine our surprise when that happened, we explained about the financing & the worker said he would have someone reach out to us. The office called & explained that their finance company didn't finance anything under $3,500 and we would have to find another way to pay. I was furious and told them so. I felt like we had been baited & switched because they knew our position. Then last week with all the rain we came home from a funeral service out of state to find out basement once again filled with water. You maybe asking yourself well how can that be? When we cut away the expanding foam the silicone they used around the window was a joke it was minimal & it pulled out without any effort. So now having to not only deal with a home in New Hampshire that a tree fell on, a mother who's had to move into assisted living I now have to deal with trying to find someone, I will have to pay more money, reliable to come in & fix the shawty workmanship of a shady company. Thank goodness we had the floor done not soon after so the water cleanup is so much easier. Update 7/17/24 the new pictures added to the end are from the rain on the 17th...this is what 3k gets you.
