They were very respectful of our home and placed drop cloths anywhere they would be working and along their walking paths. After the job was complete, they vacuumed and cleaned up any mess. We were home during the entire process and overheard the employees constantly making sure that everything was aligned perfectly. I highly recommend this company if looking for quality work and great service. The gentleman that initially came for the quote and final measurements was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions in great detail. The truck driver who delivered our windows the day before installation couldn't help but to sing their praises. Great experience beginning to end. Nothing but professionalism beginning to end....*8 months later and we do not regret our decision in choosing JC Tonnotti!

Three of the six were on the upper floor and included an oddball octagonal hat had to be specially made. As anyone with an old house knows, very few corners are square anymore, but Spinelli installed all the windows perfectly and with a minimum of fuss. The new windows look great, and the drafts in these rooms are gone. Very pleased with the complete operation, would highly recommend this team.

Dave wasn't sure if they could finish the job in a day, but let me know that they would come in and finish up quickly the next day if need be - no problem though as they came in and mowed through it and were finished that day. Then they spent the time to go over the work and answered any questions I had. 6 months later, I have yet to find a speck of remains in my lawn and to my knowledge nothing extra has come down from anywhere. The roof has been worry-free and does what it's supposed to do, which is look good and allow us to think about other things. 6 months ago I had a question about some shingles that weren't "sitting" on the rooftop; they said that they would lay down in time and look correct - this has proven to be the case - evidence that they know not only how to put it on, but they understand the material's behavior over time. Would entirely recommend.

(They'd already screwed up the ordering!) I found Skylights R Us through Velux, and I was immediately relieved. Brendan was great--he got right back to me, explained my options, kept me informed, and beautifully installed my motorized room-darkening skylight shades in well under an hour. And he was affordable. It was the installation of new replacement skylights into an existing glass greenhouse which serves as living spaces attached to a townhouse in Boston, MA. The greenhouse had three existing skylights that failed and were no longer operable. The project started in the fall of 2020 but the pandemic and winter weather delayed installation until the spring of 2021. When the installation team arrived in April, they diligently got to work removing the existing units and installing the new ones. Surprisingly, they completed the work in a day and a half which was followed by a day and a half of rain. The units held up - no water penetration. My thanks to Brendan and his team.

After agreeing to complete the work and ordering windows, we were told they were too busy to complete our project. After some back and forth, they ultimately agreed to complete as planned. From the start we had issues with our order and things being delayed. While the windows and siding and out great, it was not worth the headache to get there. The project was delayed for months and when completed, our house was left a mess. We found fast food bags and coffee cups in the mulch beneath our windows, there was significant debris left inside the home, as well as pieces of wood (even though we paid for a dumpster that was sitting in our driveway!), and the windows were never cleaned. Very disappointing and would not use again.
