We brought it up, they sent Asanti (seriously good guy), he agreed there was a problem and in due course they made it good. This is what seperates sheep and goats. Our roof had NEVER leaked, but because of its age we called JP Carroll for an inspection. The…read moresalesmen inspected inside the attic and videoed the entire roof and reported that there were no serious issues that needed immediate attention. We decided to replace it anyway to head off any future problems. I told them that my one hesitancy in signing the contract was the reviews I had read about absent project managers and subsequent problems. They guaranteed us that a project manager would be there the whole time to supervise the installation and provide us with ongoing pictures of the process. Even though their price was higher than some others, we decided that it was worth it to pay for this supervision and receive evidence of their workmanship. On the roofing day, the project manager texted that he would arrive at 8 a.m. Instead, he arrived as the crew was packing up to leave to collect our check. He got up on a ladder and fixed a cosmetic issue on the edge of the roof we pointed out to him, but never got on the roof itself to inspect the work. When it rained the next week, water began leaking into our attic around the chimney for the first time. Eventually, a member of the same roofing crew (not a manager) was sent to assess the problem. He reported that there was no problem with the flashing they installed, but that the chimney had several cracks in the mortar and we needed to find a mason right away. He had no answer when I asked how it could be that we had no previous leaks, that our original inspection did not report any cracks, and that no one noticed problems when roofing around the chimney. After several calls to the JP Carroll production number, I've learned not to expect the return calls "within 24 hours" that are promised. If they were even taken, my requests to receive the promised photos of the roofing process (as well as the original inspection video) have been ignored. Not only did I fail to receive the services that I paid for, but am left with a leaking roof that didn't leak before. I wish I had paid more attention to those negative reviews that I read.

Cathy visited my property twice for discussion of options and pricing. She is very straight forward and no nonsense, and offered good suggestions. The door quoted was a Provia and although expensive, is the first thing visitors see when coming to our home. It was ultimately more than worth the money. Darek the master carpenter, came once to carefully measure the existing door, lights and woodwork. Ultimately we needed a custom size door built at the factory. His measurements were so accurate, the new door fit perfectly first try in the opening when stood up. Darek performed the removal and new install and is truly a talented professional. We felt lucky to have his skill, and although I'm not a carpenter, I could tell via his work he is excellent. The finished entryway to our home is now amazing and went from rotten to beautiful. Per Cathy's suggestion, I immediately had the surrounding millwork and wood work refinished and painted long before the door install. Again a sage suggestion and saves me money from not losing that to the elements. I highly recommend these professionals.

We called CORRIGAN and he took no responsibility but said he could redo it for $5000. We agreed reluctantly. It now exhibits substantial cracking and breaking pieces. It appears that CORRIGAN does not have any employees. Rather he seems to be a middle man, subcontracting any job he gets, while approximately doubling the subcontracting fee. This has value if he utilizes competent subcontractors. Unfortunately it was not the case in either instance. You can use Google to search for a contractor, close your eyes, point at the screen, and have a better chance of finding a competent contractor than by calling CORRIGAN. Even if you pointed at poor choice, you could repeat the process and find another contractor while likely spending less money than you paid CORRIGAN
