Reasonably priced, efficient, and highly skilled, Dr. Tile is a licensed contractor who can address a variety of problems, curing all manner of sickly tiles. I strongly recommend his services! We decided to have most prices of furniture cleaned and called steam machine as we prefer to support local small businesses when we can. What a great decision that was! We got a response right away from Mike (the owner) he was super accommodating, explained the whole process and worked with us to find a cleaning time that fit our schedule. Mike was very professional and personable throughout the time he spent at our house & we could not be more happy with the results as our furniture looks good as new! As an added plus, his pricing was excellent! We would definitely recommend Steam Machine to anyone looking to spruce up their place and we plan on using him again soon to give some of our hardwood floors a nice pick me up!

Mike came out to check it out and give us a quote. He was super professional and gave us a quote on the spot. He had books for us to check out all our different options for shutters and railings, and said for bigger jobs, you can go to the showroom to check out materials. I personally loved the convenience of sitting on my front porch and picking everything out! He was patient and let us flip through the books and never once made us feel like he was in a rush. We put a deposit down on the spot. Our ability to do the project was dependent on another contractor doing stone work on our porch first. Fiderio was great about scheduling around them and getting the work done quickly once the stone work project was complete. They did their work fast and cleaned up without a trace. The prices are fair (let's be honest, home improvement projects are never cheap!) and the service and quality of workmanship is fantastic! I walked into Galleria with no expectation and was greeted warmly by Jenuarie and she was fabulous. She was patient in helping me decide what I wanted to do. I thought I could mix tile companies for an accent tile while never considering the exact dimensions of the tiles may not blend. She pointed this out and from that point I changed direction of what I was doing. After picking out tiles we went to the warehouse for the countertop and the first one I saw was the one I wanted. I also learned I need a fabricator which had not been mentioned to me previously. While waiting for sample tiles I saw some beautiful handmade tiles which I now think will be the accent tiles. I ordered one as the company is in California. The rest of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and interested in what my plans were when We discussed the hand made tiles. The experience could not have been better. I saw the negative reviews and I can honestly say I can't imagine any of the staff being cold, indifferent or unhelpful.
