My friends organised a wonderful surprise birthday for me. The cake was made by The Rolling Pin. You can only imagine my surprise when they brought a beautiful birch tree cake. Although maybe unusual to most- I love these trees! I am so happy my friends found someone who would design one just for me. It was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. you can see that Shruthi puts her heart into the work and it shows. Very talented cake artist. Not only visually great, the flavour was amazing, too. I would highly recommend for anyone's cake baking needs. Later I found out that Shruthi also specialises I'm making Macarons. I never thought I'd have these delightful treats made so well outside of Europe. So many flavours and they are made to perfection! 5/5 read more
