I wish I liked this place. Honestly the food was good. The prices were okay. I was very bothered by the atmosphere. The lights were annoying because of the ceiling fans making them have a flickering effect. The service was frustrating - when our order was ready he just yelled "hello" a few times and there were other people in the restaurant so no one knew who he was talking to. The location was good and it was easy to find parking outside. It was really annoying that they ask if you want it "for here or to go" and then put it in a to go box either way. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options.

Roll Pod has been on my list to try for a few months now. It's Indian inspired dishes rolled into breading that you can hold if you so choose and enjoy. I got two types (a combo) of spicy chicken for my rolls which were very good. It also came with a bread roll and we dipped it in the relish that came with it. The combo was very good and quite filling! Ordering is in several steps but what we saw with the computerized order we places it was fairly easy to understand. Good food and for me a new spin to Indian food presentation!

I have ordered Roll Pod twice in the last 2 weeks and they have not disappointed! The first order was a mushroom roll and a paneer roll. I ordered for delivery and it only took 20 minutes for my food to arrive. Rolls were fresh and piping hot. I chose the mushroom roll to start and it was really good. Mushrooms and other veggies were Al dente along and loaded with masala sauce. I ordered very spicy, and it was!! The roti it was wrapped in was crispy and warm. The paneer roll was basically the same, except instead of the mushrooms, paneer was added. It was good but I enjoyed the mushroom one more. My last order was the mushroom roll and one chicken Marsala roll, very spicy, and they did not disappoint! Chicken was tender and delicious. Love this place and highly recommend!

So glad I walked in to this place. Such a weird environment indeed, but I survived and tasted one of the best Indian wraps I've ever eaten in this region. Just the thought of it is making me smile. And I've tried many many Indian restaraunts in the area. Idk what I would really even call this food due to the interesting chips I got with my rice bowl combo. It's just good and fast and a good price. I am not a fan of this area. I was actually intown getting car work done and someone broke into the car I drove to check on the car in the shop. Be careful.

The pod and rice were both really good. Would prefer masala chicken over chili K chicken. Spice level 4 on a scale of 5 is on the spicier side for me but still good. It's a little pricey the total comes down to $18 for the combo. Not what I was expecting from food trucks. Good food but probably won't revisit given the price and non existing dining area.

The two of us showed up on opening day around 1pm. We were greeted immediately by a nice lady behind the counter. We've never been to any of the other locations before so we took a few to scan thru their menus hanging above on the wall. Luckily, we were the only ones in there so we weren't holding up the line. After looking over their options, we decided on a few rolls and a half bowl. Also, a mango Lassi drink and the mango kulfi (ice cream). We decided to dine-in since there weren't many people. The drinks are all pre-made placed in a self-serve fridge. The mango kulfi is in a self-serve freezer, as well. We found a seat and while we waited, more people started filing in, ordering take-out and some dined-in. Our wait time for our food was about 15 mins or so. We thought that was kind of long given the fact that there were no one else at the restaurant before we showed up. Also, this is supposed to be a fast-food type restaurant, but I understand, they're making it fresh. I guess I can't complain. When we took our first bite of the food, we were impressed with all the spices and flavorfulness of it all! We got 3 stars and it was still very spicy. Thank goodness for that mango Lassi. It definitely helped with the heat but also, complimented the food with its sweet and slight sourness. The mango kulfi, on the other hand, was okay. I prefer the drink over the ice cream. Overall, it's 4 stars! I would definitely come back for the bowl and the mango lassi.

I an a huge HUGE Roll Pod fan. I literally stalk their schedule and would run to Ounces brewery when their food truck would be there or even drive to their restaurant in Bellevue to satisfy my kathi roll cravings. Well now they are right here in my neighborhood!! Hurray!! Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday and this place had alot of customers ordering takeout and few dining in. I ordered my fav tri pod combo (2 rolls and half rice bowl) with chicken masala. The quality and quantity was consistent like all their other places and I was so happy about that. Their flavors are always on point and love their spicy chutneys which elevate any and every dish. I also ordered the mango lassi and it was delicious. I did see they have kulfis in store as well. Service was a little slow but thats cos they make it fresh in front of you so I dint mind the wait. All in all welcome to the neighborhood and folks in West Seattle highly recommend trying them out. Trust me its addictive.

I went here with a friend per her recommendation, and she was spot on! Ordering was easy at the counter. The food came out pretty quick, & it was delicious! I got the combo pod - paneer masala in the roll and aloo gobhi matar in the pod. Spice level 2 was perfect for me. I ate the roll in the store and the rice bowl pod at home the next day. It was a good portion size, which was nice since it's a bit pricey. The paneer was soft and flavorful. The aloo gobhi was perfectly cooked and so so tasty. I May come back to white center just for this! Especially with lots of free two hour parking nearby.

THIS IS A MUST . Fireeeeee it's new on the menu so get it !

I like their food but the spice level for my wife is too spicy for her pallet. Unfortunately they don't have white girl no spice options.

We walked right in with four people and immediately found prime real estate. Everyone knows that having four diners in a party allows for optimized sharing, along as everyone is down to clown. So we all picked a dish that spoke to us at a personal level. That's when we were floored by the level of service that Maharaja has to offer. Once our designated spokesperson relayed the dishes to the waitress, she paused and then made a counter offer... What if we could give you all of these and more at a discount? The gang was intrigued. We had inadvertently ordered some sort of party platter but in an a la carte fashion. The waitress took money out of her pocket to give us more food. A truly unparalleled opportunity to do right by the customer. Major applause to you (I hope this doesn't get you fired, and instead leads to increased business). These are the moments that you do not forget about as an enthusiast and avid promoter of the Seattle restaurant scene. I was blown away by the food as well. My experience with tandoori chicken in the past was that it can be dry and not pack the seasoning punch that you would expect from such a vibrant color. But this was quite the opposite, tender and juicy chicken that was exploding with flavor. The curries were also rich and deep in taste, with much more chicken than you get at many other establishments these days. I will 100% be back when I'm in West Seattle, and I would implore others to do so as well.

Our server was attentive, present, and genuinely eager to learn and provide a good experience. There was a level of effort there that you don't always see, and I can confidently say there was nothing negative about the service. Now, the food. We started with the Cauliflower Manchurian appetizer, which was the standout of the night, beautifully spiced, well-balanced heat, and exactly what you expect when you go out for Indian cuisine. It delivered flavor and depth. We also enjoyed our Garlic Naan. For our entrees we ordered Prawn Malai Curry and Chicken Saag. The prawns were clean and cooked properly, but the dish overall felt under-seasoned and lacked the heat and boldness typically associated with Indian food. The chicken itself was moist and cooked well, but presentation was noticeably different from the menu photos. The saag, in particular, was more of a purée rather than the textured spinach shown, which was a bit disappointing from a visual and expectation standpoint, And again, it lacked the bold, heat generally associated with Indian Cuisine. Where the experience struggled most, however, was the ambiance. The restaurant felt unusually quiet. ((It was a Thursday Evening around 6pm)) We were one of only two tables dining, and the overall atmosphere came across as somewhat uncomfortable and, at times, a bit eerie. The exterior signage also doesn't align with the cuisine; it gives off more of a fast-food or taco truck impression rather than an inviting Indian dining experience. Additionally, the gold-toned plating and utensils felt more distracting than elevated. The finish appeared worn and tarnished, which unfortunately had the opposite effect of what was likely intended, as it felt more gaudy than refined. Overall, we did have a good experience, largely due to the service and a few highlights in the food. However, the restaurant is still finding its footing. From what I understand, they've only been open about six months, and it shows. With some strategic adjustments, especially in ambiance, branding, and consistency between menu presentation and actual dishes, this place has real potential. I hope the owner takes the opportunity to refine these areas, because there is something here worth building on.
