I would give them 10 stars and two thumbs up!…read more Before working with NBK and Steve (who is literally the best) we had been dealing with a major rat issue for months and had 3 other exterminators who were a joke come out and try to solve the rat mystery. When Steve came for our first consultation he actually got up on the roof to check for access points, unlike the other companies. He also came up with a plan to get rid of the rats for good. It took a few weeks and several different approaches, but Steve figured out the rats and now they're gone! Finally! If you want an honest company who truly cares about their customers as well as trying to fix the problem as fast as they can you hire NBK!!!!
