What better way to end a lovely evening with a lovely lady, but with a lovely view and some fantastic drinks? Holland, like the country, greeted us and set us up for the evening. Holland brought great energy, and was super welcoming. They even offered us drinks on the house for the engagement. Totally unexpected, and that just meant we had to have more than one round to make sure that we could appropriately tip and show our appreciation for the amazing hospitality! The drinks were great. I tend to gravitate towards the less sweet. The Japanese Anchorage scratched that elitch very well being boozy forward, with hints of flavors. She had the Late Summer Margarita, refreshing and sweeter. We shared the Thai Tea Banana Colada. Definitely the sweeter side, but couldn't pass up the opportunity. Very good, a little sweeter and a little heavier than I'd normally prefer. It met both of our preferences right in the middle. Compromise, right?
