There is always a long wait, prescriptions are rarely ready for pick up, even after hours of wait time. There seems to be a disconnect between the pharmacy, doctor's offices, and insurance. Always a confusion. I also don't understand why the pharmacy shuts down for lunch break. There should ALWAYS be someone working. What about those of us who have to pick up on OUR lunch breaks? Our family will no longer go to this store. It seems as if corporate needs to send some help and figure out how to make it run better. Store #10406 2480 E HOUGHTON AVE, West Branch, MI 48661

From Mackinac Island fudge, to F'real milkshake/smoothie machine, to ice cream (which was our main purpose for the visit) This is one of those places where the smallest ice cream is 3 scoops of deliciousness. What I really appreciated was the courtesy of the employee who put on the first scoop and asked if I wanted the other 2 scoops, since it was for my child. I appreciated the kindness of the staff and they all seemed to be in good spirits during our visit. Anyway, I quickly agreed, knowing full well she would be sharing with me. The "Pothole" ice cream was heavenly and I think the generous portions make it taste better. It's really affordable too. I think $1.99 for the small? Regardless, it was with it for the memories. But I'll probably be returning more frequently next summer.
