I returned in the afternoon, when I walked in I was given a dirty look by Jim and asked were I buy my paint. Insinuating he didn't want to help me because I don't buy paint there or spend enough money there. After an argument he reluctantly helped me. I tried to smooth things over and explain to him that we do buy items from the store just not paint and that we even have an account set up there. Jim's response was well use it then and not in a nice way. I don't go in there daily but I go in there enough to know that his name is Jim and the owners name is Bob. This one is still in Roscommon county but is on the way to Higgins lake. By far the BEST against the others I mentioned. Not only are the hardware and home improvement sections larger but there's also a great selection of gardening, camping, fishing and beach equipment! So literally the selection caters to all Higgins lake and KOA visitors in the area! Don't pass this place by for a last minute purchase this summer they have it all with a good price and fantastic service!

The staff and doctor have communication issues. I asked for transition glasses for reading and…read morecomputer work. They did not dilate my eyes and there were no eye tests. The doctor always looks away when talking to you. When I received my glasses it included distance, and the vision area was as thin as a pencil, I would have to turn my head to look slightly to the left or right. I took them back, revisited the doctor, they expanded my vision area, but still could not get them right. I even gave them my current glasses as an example both times. After the 4th one hour round trip to their office, I returned the glasses for a refund. I would not recommend this office for your vision care. Were also about $100 more than any previous offices I have used in the past 20 yrs
