Do not come here if you are in a rush if you need to get something from the photo department. I stood there for 5 minutes while the person behind the counter was trying to figure something out. Meanwhile the cashier in the front refused to help me until a man found some candy and then slipped in line ahead of me. I'm not sure if he was her friend or what, but she knew I was already waiting. Such a disappointing pharmacy. Prime location and could be so successful, yet the pharmacy can't seem to handle the volume that goes through. There is always a long wait, prescriptions are rarely ready for pick up, even after hours of wait time. There seems to be a disconnect between the pharmacy, doctor's offices, and insurance. Always a confusion. I also don't understand why the pharmacy shuts down for lunch break. There should ALWAYS be someone working. What about those of us who have to pick up on OUR lunch breaks? Our family will no longer go to this store. It seems as if corporate needs to send some help and figure out how to make it run better. your pharmacy sucks!! i fucking hate you!, every month i have to wait for you to call my dr, who writes me a script every 3 months and you still fuck it up!! it's an addictive drug, which requires me to sign for it, but when my doctor writes a script you refuse to fill. so i go thru withdrawal! i'm so changing to another pharmacy! family fare never had me waiting! last month it was 10 days without, i had to call my doctor and have it rushed. such bullshit! read more

Worst customer service I've experienced at a pharmacy. Counter help was very rude and pharmacist was no better. In June 2015 we had a prescription filled there for our son. We were told 3 separate days that our prescription was ready and each day when we arrived it was not even in stock. The 4th day we were guaranteed it would be in. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that it still hadn't arrived. I asked why they would not have the courtesy to call and let us know and was told it "wasn't her job". Come to find out, the medication had arrived that morning and the delivery was never put away. I waited there for almost an hour while she rummaged through the delivery and finally received our sons prescription. Today, 7/30/2015, my wife dropped off a prescription for herself and was told it would be ready by 5pm (prescription was dropped off shortly after 12pm). She received a telephone call around 3:30pm saying it was ready to be picked up. We arrived approximately 5:30pm to be told to wait in the drive-thru that it still wasn't ready. When I questioned why we received a call saying it was ready the counter lady looked at the computer and said " never mind, we have to verify this with your doctor so it'll be sometime tomorrow". She then sarcastically asked "is that OK?". By the way, same counter lady and pharmacist for both situations. Funny how her story changed in a matter of seconds and I only wonder what would have happened had we not questioned why we were called, would we have sat in the drive-thru overnight? Why now the need for doctor verification, why not inform us of this when we dropped off the prescription so we could have handled it (we were also told it was our responsibility to call and verify with our doctor in the morning). Will be taking our business, as well as recommending others do the same, to a different local pharmacy or other Walgreen's in the future. read more
