Many of the buffet dishes appeared to be leftover from the previous evening - - a good cook can tell what's fresh vs. leftover. The crab ragoons were tough and chewy a telltale sign of having been reheated. The egg rolls appeared to be refried as they were exceptionally dark brown in color. Literally no one was touching them either. The "fresh" seasoned green beans were all shriveled up. The lo mein noodles were swollen, having clearly soaked up all the juices/sauce from being stored and re-served. I think you get the picture here. I guess one might get food that is fresh and warm after all the leftovers have been eaten up by the victims dining at opening time. Good luck with your experience.
