It took months for me to get it and the communication was awful. He also refused to send me the draft we came up with. Do not fall for the charm and positivity, it's rather sad that I fell for it. For those who get simple renditions, it seems like it works out because most newer customers aren't as saavy. I just wish the confidence I was shown reflected in the $3000 put into this piece. I believed he was a business owner of integrity and was sure he'd at least give me a partial refund. He will probably reply and deflect like he does most of the bad reviews I've seen but don't lack discernment like I did. Go else where.

I regret doing business with 73 Daisies Florist. However, the emailed receipt listed a different arrangement--"Valentine's Designer's Choice In A Vase" and a different price. On top of that, they "assumed" I wanted a Valentine's Day balloon just because the holiday was the next day. I believe that due to the holiday, custom arrangements were not being offered, only designers' choice. This is for YOU, the owner: When I tried to address my concerns, you continuously interrupted me, forcing me to shout, "Are you going to let me finish speaking?!" And before you "try" to make this appear that "the customer was already irate", let me be clear that I was very calm at the onset of my call. Instead of taking accountability, you made several excuses and only offered a pathetic $8 refund for the balloon. When I pointed out that the flower arrangement looked off-kilter and skimpy for the price, you dismissed my concerns, saying, "It's the designer's choice." I also tipped the florist, making this even more frustrating. I want my tip back too! You need to work on your communication skills and actually making things right with customers instead of talking over them and offering weak refunds. I am not new to ordering flowers. The $100+ price I paid for your flowers did not align with my expectations. I do NOT recommend this florist.
