    This was my first time ever attempting to sell items through a consignment shop, and while it…read moredidn't quite work out for me this round, I still walked away feeling very positive about the experience. The owners were incredibly professional and took the time to walk me through the entire process, which I truly appreciated as a first-timer. Because of the value of my items, they were also kind enough to return everything to me after about 60 days, which I found to be very thoughtful and fair. Although my focus this visit was selling and not purchasing, I can't ignore how great their selection is -- they have some really nice pieces. I also love that they use Facebook Live to promote items and that they operate two locations. And as a women-owned, Black-owned business, that's an even bigger reason for me to continue supporting them. I plan to try consigning again next season once I go through my wardrobe and decide what I'd like to bring in, and on my next visit I'll definitely be shopping too. I highly recommend checking them out -- whether you're buying, selling, or both.

After going through my closet and gathering…read morea few handbags that I was not using, I went on a hunt for a trendy consignment shop to bring them to. Low and behold (thanks to the 3 previous yelpers that left reviews), I stumbled across this GEM of a shop! Now, I'm typically not one to purchase from or shop in consignment stores. Nothing against them, but they just never seem to have anything of interest to me. And when I do find something I like, it's usually not my size, so I'd just resolved that these shops are not for me. But when I stepped into New Digz, surprisingly, there were multiple items that I immediately fell in love with! This spot is definitely NOT your typical consignment shop. From the moment I walked in the door, the ambiance was that of a modern and contemporary boutique. From the dresses carefully chosen for the displays that greeted the new customers in the front windows, to the furniture, the layout of how things were placed, the adorable selfie station, and (most importantly) the inventory. Everything about this place MADE you want to buy something before you walked out of the door. I had to remind myself countless times that I was actually there to drop off items, not bring home items, because there was plenty there that I wanted to take with me. From purses, jewelry, scarves, shades, shoes, and even clothes for the kiddos, this place had some of everything! Now I will say that for me, driving to this place was a bit of a hike being that I live right outside of DC, but I must say that it was well worth the drive. Additionally the staff's energy level, and interaction with both myself and other customers was AMAZING! I'll definitely be back!

I had more work done on my car than I thought I ever would! The pricing and installations were affordable and looks like the car came with the equipment rather than installed after market.     Now coming from a former customer that I have some work done to my SUV in 2022, and in my opinion…read morethis car shop done a terrible job and I will never bring my SUV back here again. Let me explain what happened, first of all the location is terrible it's in the cut and it's hard to find its off of 301 route in Upper Marlboro, MD. Now I have spend at 4000 grand to have my radio, car alarm, kicker speakers and kicker amp installed. The car alarm its self was like 1200 thousand. Then the speaker with is kicker again all was like 1000 because they suppose to be top of the line. The alarm system first was installed, and the guy done a terrible job for my alarm because it was kept going off for no reason, to the point I could not even arm my SUV because I was afraid and concerned that it was going to wake up my neighbors; leaving my SUV unarmed so some one can open doors and steal my stuff. Also, in my opinion the lady that worked there sold me a defective radio JENSEN to point the point it was having connection problems, she told me that I had mess up radio and my opinion I think she should had sold me a better radio, that radio cost me at 500 and I had to call JENSEN to get a software in which I waited at least 3 months for a update and which it was so frustrated. Then the kicker speaker was hooked up wrong to the point the first on the passenger side blew out got that replaced by kicker support and again the same speaker blow out. Also, the balance for the kicker speakers was not configured right as well. It is so frustrating that I spend my hard earn money 4000 and they have done a terrible job. This all happened in 2022, either way stuff still should be working right. So last week I call the lady to have my SUV looked at because the alarm was going off and the speaker messing up but I needed to reschedule for personal reasons, so she said we can looked at it another time then I said ok cool no problem. So today came I had appointment at 3:30 pm today to have my SUV looked at, I got off from work around 2:00 pm, gave her a call and told her I was on my way. She then said I was going to call let you know some parts was late for another car but she should had gave me a call early letting me now, because I am the customer and customer service and communication is very important to me. So, I said fine make Thursday at 4:00pm; her and I agree and confirmed. So, I was driving home I was thinking right maybe I should take my SUV to the other shop that have done my Cadillac 06 before in which they have done a great job. So, called the other shop and ask are you guys available and they said sure..come on here we take a look at, then I said ok cool I am on the way. Now at the other shop they immediately looked at my SUV because they had ask me what was going on and I told them that my alarm system was going off and my front speaker kept going in and out. They took their time and looked at the issue and they told me that everything was hooked up wrong with the alarm; the reason why it was going off all the time and the way the kicker speakers were hooked causing to blew out the crossover in which now I have to get that replaced. The shop will replaced the crossover once they get some information. The guy recommend pioneer speakers and I told him yes, I going to have y'all install them for me. Now the update for my alarm now, the gentlemen was very professional and reset the alarm and program the app and done some rewiring and now my alarm is working great. He then told me that if I have any issue please let me know and he said he was going to call to see how everything working. Far as the crossover again it needs to be replaced. He told me to see if I can go back to the other shop to get it replaced I told him NO...the lady just hung up the phone without saying goodbye have a nice day she was upset but you cannot take out on your customers. Me I would had called her back and ask what is your problem, but I am going to leave them a terrible feedback. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY SUV HERE AGAIN, THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY DESERVE A ONE STAR
