He mops the halls and windexes the windows/washes the doors, cleans the street in front of our building every single morning. Is always so helpful in fixing anything in our apartment from clogged drains to out of reach smoke detectors in need of new batteries- Dwayne has your back. He is the super for both the buildings on our block and does a fantastic job. From Covington Realty Services, I have also dealt with Bridget Beatty and Shaun Covington himself who were both professional, prompt and polite!

Cole Thompson was the best! I spoke with many real estate brokers during my search for a first…read moreapartment, and Cole was by far the most knowledgeable about the area and also the kindest. He was calm and patient, responding to all of my emails in a timely manner. When the deal got a little bit bumpy, he was calm. He was never pushy about what sort of apartment I should buy, and he did not try to push my budget into a range that made me uncomfortable. Some of the realtors I met with were not respectful of my budgets or needs as a single female trying to buy my first home. I highly recommend Cole for any home purchases in the Inwood area, which he knows (and respects) better than anyone.

Upon making a decision to sell our home in New Milford NJ, 3 different Realtors were interviewed…read more The first was dismissed when they stated their commission is 4.5 %. They further stated that the sellers agent would need to be additionally paid .5%. The second interview was with the Realtor that sold us the house 25 plus years prior. Semi retired. We decided not to go with him due to his underwhelming valuation for our home. We had the sense that he was not truly on his best game and possibly just looking to make a quick buck. Now the third, well let's just say that Dave Miller is 'the goods'. An easy going fellow with a demeanor that brings a sense of calm and seasoned confidence to the transaction. Dave's fee schedule for listing and selling our home was reasonable compared to industry norms. On top of that Dave stated right away that the fee/percentage quoted would be divided equitably with the buyers agent. (The old school way) This takes pressure off of the buyers as they will not have the added expense of paying their agents fee. At this point Dave 'had the job'. Dave also provided another alternative. That was his Realtor/Broker services in a transactional capacity only, if we found a buyer ourselves. It just so happened that with a little legwork, we were able to find a buyer while our home was still off-market. For this Dave only charged a fraction of the percentage quoted for utilizing his full services. I highly recommend Dave Miller for his experience and overall mellow demeanor. I would also like to mention that Dave's communication was exemplary. Whether by text, phone or email, he remained 100% communicative right to the end. If you are looking for a competent Realtor to sell or aasist you in purchasing a home, Dave Miller is the Realtor professional for you.

My boyfriend and I found a listing for a beautiful apartment in Harlem on StreetEasy. We reached out and was put in contact with Kirk. His responses were fast and he literally had us meet him the next day to show us the place. He ended up showing us 6 apartments in total. He was very professional and extremely down to earth. He gave us a little history lesson about Harlem and all the good bars in the area. We sent him our money for the approval application and in 2 weeks we had our new place. Everything was easy and handled very well. I've recommended him to two of my friends as well.
