We liked it so he took us to his office in Forest Hills. The move in date was clearly stated on the listing. We signed the application and paid application fees of $500. Turned out something was wrong with the building, they had to remove the listings of the apartment from the market. He didn't explain the details. We lost 5 days because he didn't get back to us. My advice to you, avoid this real estate agent. Unprofessional, disorganized agent.

If you would like to be judged based off your last name by all means this is the place for you. After finally getting through to the voice mail Matthew A. Spezzano(called on a Friday) he returned my call bright and early on a Monday morning. he asked the usual questions any real estate agent would ask such as our occupations. As soon as Matthew heard my fiances last name which clearly was an indicator that he is Hispanic Matthews tone changed. He informed me he would contact the landlord to the apartment we were interested in renting. After not hearing from Matthew for a few hours I called him again, to get his voice mail, in which he did not return my message. My fiance works hard and serves the city of New York everyday NOT to be judged by some lOSER such as Matthew A. Spezzano. He did not even give us an opportunity to meet with us in person before he passed his judgement . People like Matthew A Spezzano should not be in that field at all. Not to mention my fiance pays 1600 in rent alone. Therefore 1200 three times is NOTHING

After my overall less than satisfactory experience with Realty on the Greene, I was put in touch…read morewith Jonelle Owens and her partner Malika (who is part of Allota Realty) with regards to apartments near to Prospect Park. Through Jonelle, I saw 9-10 apartments (some 2 to a building) over the course of a week/ week and a half. This realty company, like many, specializes. This agency specifically specializes in a neighborhood in Brooklyn near to Prospect Park (the furthest apartment from the park that they showed me was Ocean Avenue near Cortelyou). Jonelle has a personal relationship with many management companies in this part of Brooklyn and, if you give her your exact specifications, she is able to quickly pinpoint the right apartments to show you - this being a very valuable skill in an city where everyone is so busy! When it came down to finding an apartment, Jonelle got me to see an apartment which was just coming off of renovations. I got a call/ text that she had a brand new listing in a neighborhood that I liked and quickly arranged for me to walk through with the management company. Luckily for me, it had just been finished and had not been seen yet by other applicants. So, I was the first applicant on the unit and it was a seamless process; I was approved for it very quickly and with no problems. If you have had problems with other realty companies in Brooklyn - bait and switch or other difficulties - and are frustrated with the realty system in Brooklyn overall, I can personally recommend Jonelle. She is also kind enough to have a referral program, so she says to mention my name.

I worked with Janet, who at first was friendly but when I asked questions that I thought were warranted, she got very angry and unprofessional. She made it very clear that she "needed a rental", meaning she was more interested in the quick month's rent as her fee, instead of meeting the needs of the renter. I was very let down, and even when I tried to continue working with her - she stopped returning my calls and e-mails. You are not doing me a favor by helping me find an apartment. The real estate agents are the middle men getting in the way and taking a month's rent from me. I'll go somewhere else when I buy a house. Their loss.

After hearing about our friend's experience, my wife and I decided to reach out to Lily Tran to sell our Queens co-op. From the very first interaction, we knew that we were in good hands. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and gave us a fair assessment of the apartment. Lily and her team was hands on with helping us get our place staged for photos so the online listing would draw some interest. We didn't expect much but we were blown away with the photos and the ultimate listing (including the description). Though it took several weeks of open houses and showing, the end result was Lily was able to sell our co-op (it happened to be a time where the real estate market was on the downturn due to rising interest rates). We were kept up to speed every step of the way, Lily was in constant communication with us at every step and made us feel at ease. Since we had such a wonderful experience, we also utilized Lily's company to help us buy our next home. Michelle was our realtor. She was patient and was very knowledgeable with the Queens real estate market. She took the time to understand our needs and setup appointments with prospective properties. After many months of looking, we were finally able to close on our new home with Michelle's help. Thanks so much Lily, Michelle, Cindy, Jade and team!

It became extremely evident that the minute we changed to a different realtor we were able to sell the property within one month and for the price we wanted. We had a much better personal, to the point, one on one communication without the nonsense redundant spam emails and had no issue with open houses. Its all smoke and mirrors. You are lucky that your careless realtor did not break the 2k AC unit. It's never wise to push any electronics to the limit. You are responsible if you break it. Just a friendly reminder. A good salesperson would never say the things she did. It's always better to accept your mistakes and see if you can do better in the future. This way, at least I could recommend you to others but I cannot due to your lack of effort and acknowledgement. Having too much pride is not the best way to improve business. If anyone in the area is looking for a good realtor please feel free to DM for info, I'm happy to recommend a good sales person. Lily Tran, I would never hire you or your team or recommend your business to anyone. Sorry.
