When we met up with Pablo and a place we were set on had just been rented, we were pretty bummed out - that's New York for you. But Pablo had options! Oh, did he have other options. He showed us two other nearby buildings within our price range and, sure enough, we came upon an apartment we both loved. We dropped our deposit, made our offer, and waited. The next morning, Pablo called us with good news - the place was ours! We signed later that day and will move in next week. Despite my initial hesitations, I have to say that Pablo did an incredible job in taking care of us. He spoke honestly & laid it all out, knew what we were looking for (and what we'd like, most importantly), and is just a really nice guy to work with. They usually immediately responded to an initial inquiry which was typically followed by the question, "What is your maximum budget?" That is, if yours was not the highest for which they received then they would never respond to you. On the other hand, Jordyn listened carefully to my requirements, was sensitive to my needs, and forwarded a half dozen apartment options within hours of our first conversation. All of Jordyn's options met my criteria and were better than the ones I had targeted prior to working with her. Once I identified my top choice, Jordyn walked me through the leasing and qualifying process. She metaphorically held my hand through all of the hiccups and curveballs.
