This place is seriously adorable! I was just minding my own business, Googling wineries near me (as one does), when this gem popped up. Naturally, we made brunch plans. True to form, I almost missed the turn and had to pull off a dramatic last-second brake maneuver, shout out to the empty road behind me. The parking lot may be gravel and line-free, but there's plenty of space for everyone (bonus points for not having to parallel park). Stepping inside, I immediately thought, "Ooh, this is my vibe." It's cozy, inviting, and one of the owners made our drinks, talk about good treatment! At first, it was just a couple of wine drinkers, but then people started rolling in for a vision board event, and suddenly it was a full house of dreamers and brunch lovers. I went for the Fig sandwich (hold the meat) with chips. It was tasty, though there was a mysterious aftertaste; was it the brie? The apples? The suspense continues. I also tried the lavender wine cocktail, which was more "botanical" than "sweet treat." If you're into sugary drinks, maybe skip this one, but my friend's berry wine cocktail was a total winner. Met some friends here, and it was my first time visiting The Rejoicing Vine. The space is cute and cozy, and I was immediately drawn to the stunning pink tile backsplash behind the bar, later learning Brent's wife hand-painted, grouted, and installed every tile! Very talented! We met Brent, the owner, and he was super friendly and informative about the menu. I loved the small touches, like the silverware tied with a ribbon and the flower display on the table. I had the Purple Rain cocktail, it was delicious! For food, I ordered the Berries & Cream waffles, which were loaded with fruit. They also have a small area to purchase wine bottles and Rejoicing Vine merch. While finishing up, we asked about what they were setting up and learned it was a vision board event, which Brent said they usually hold once a month. I always tell people that I don't prefer Indiana wines, but apparently I love Indiana sparkling wines. Or, at least, I loved the sparkling wines that I tasted at The Rejoicing Vine! The wines that I tasted here weren't too sweet (with the exception of Bubblicious, which I felt was one of the sweeter varieties), and they were clean and tart and refreshing. How lovely to have a winery in Indiana that focuses on sparkling wines! The Rejoicing Vine also focuses on sustainability. The owners, Brent and Frances, are fully committed to regenerative farming practices and immersing themselves in the community. They offer their space to non-profits free of charge, and they also have a "happiest hour" happy hour every third Thursday of the month, where you can drink a glass of wine and eat some snacks for free from 6 to 7 p.m. They serve brunch here on certain days and between certain hours -- check their website to confirm. The space is relatively small, so calling to make a reservation for brunch is highly recommended. I was just visiting for the wine, frankly. I left with a bottle of the brut white: Blanco No. 5. It's currently chilling in my fridge, and I look forward to popping it open sometime soon. read more

I was first introduced to The Rejoicing Vine during UnCork Me Wine Festival. They specialize in sparkling wines which is my absolute favorite, so my sisters & I decided to check them out for brunch. Shelby and Rowen were so sweet and attentive while helping us. Their brunch food menu is very limited so we decided not to eat and ordered the mimosa flights only. It came with three 1/2 pours of white sparkling wine & your choice of organic juice for $15. I chose pear, peach and mango & all 3 were very delicious. It's a smaller establishment but the ambiance was very calm and relaxing. I plan to visit again during warmer months once the flowers have bloomed and possibly tour the winery. What a hidden gem this little winery is! It's nestled away in a residential-ish area so don't blink or you might miss the building. They specialize in sparkling wines and make a concerted effort to produce them as sustainably as practicable. We came here for the first weekend that they were. Doing weekend brunch and it did not disappoint. Your 1st mimosa is only $1 and after that everything is reasonably-priced. The brunch offerings are what you would expect (waffles, salads, charcuterie, bagels, etc) for a place with a small, limited food prep area. But everything was delicious. We heard directly from the owner, and he took us from the tasting room to the vineyard then to production area. We learned about their sustainable and regenerative practices. The wines ranged from dry to semi-sweet, and were palatable to most taste buds. I think most folks would enjoy their wines because they are bubbly and not super sweet. The winery is located on the northwest side of town, and admittedly it felt like a destination visit since there wasn't a whole lot nearby. We came in for a tour of the Winery to celebrate Father's Day. Brent was such a wonderful host! We absolutely loved starting in the tasting room with a pour of Rose and then walking outside to learn more about the vineyard and their regenerative growing practices. I was invited to this little Indy Hidden Gem to celebrate one of my best friend's bday. Her husband happened upon it and like all things with us, we run in a family pack that is at minimum 20 deep! I had the opportunity to visit The Rejoicing Vine and get a tour of the facility during an elite event a few weeks ago and loved my experience so much, I had to go back. I was really excited to see they were hosting a Galentine's event that paired a wine flight with candle making. This was one of the most fun events I have been to this year! For the flight, I chose Blanco No 5, Let's Get Fizzical and Nitro Noir. They were all amazing, and I followed it up with the Berry Sparkling Margarita, which was also great! We ordered the charcuterie board, and it was super well put together, tasty and a great amount of food for the price. I loved that they themed it as well and included some cute Valentine's touches like candy hearts and heart shaped chocolates. The Rejoicing Vine is a hidden gem that I discovered while attending a Yelp elite Indy squad event back in February. I came for brunch during Devour Indy with a friend one Sunday and it was truly amazing. The Devour Indy Brunch was a great deal: starter, entree, and a mimosa for $20. The mimosa was made with alcohol free sparkling tea and tasted delicious! I had the fruit cup as a starter with a Belgian waffle with berries for my entree. It was simply delightful! Brent, the owner, and the staff did an excellent job taking care of us and provided impeccable service. The ambiance is nice and very unique for a Christian based winery. The Rejoicing Vine is on six acres of land and they specialize in sparkling wine. They have a nice patio just outside of their main dining room/tasting room as well. The bar area is very nice and unique with a beautiful background that resembles champagne bubbles. They have concerts on their land in the spring and summer which are very nice from what I have heard. What impressed me the most is that The Rejoicing Vine gives back to the community from their sales to help the underprivileged and other worthy causes. I have also been back to brunch a second time and had the spinach and artichoke quiche which was fantastic!! The classic mimosa is wonderful and my friends have had the flight of mimosas with different flavors such as peach and mango, and loved it. The Rejoicing Vine is a breath of fresh air in Indianapolis, and I'm so glad I discovered it through Yelp Indy elite squad. If you love sparkling wine, you will love The Rejoicing Vine! This is a cute brand new winery for those living near Zionsville and Traders Point. The winery currently only carries 4 wines and they are all more of a bubbly dry wine. There is an amazing peach wine but they don't have bottles to sell of the peach. The interior is nice with plenty of seating. Outdoors is great 4 seater with umbrella. If I could give this place more than five stars, I absolutely would! My family and I stopped by at the very beginning, when they first opened. It was love at first sight. The building itself is adorable enough, as soon as you pull up..... then you open the door and it is breath taking! the lighting, the colors, the vibe... it's seriously so stunning. you're greeted with the kindest of people and then you get to hear their backstory, if you're lucky enough to meet the owners! (who are often there) It's a really incredible one. It doesn't stop with the delicious wine and food.... even the outside patio is picturesque. the vineyard is young and growing and it has been a joy to watch all the transformation over the past few years. I've visited by myself, with friends, with family, and my absolute favorite visits are date nights with my husband. we loved it so much we immediately joined the Wine Club! I can't think of a better place and a better space to spend our date nights. Such an incredible experience all around. Friendly faces and passion greet you from the first step in until your last step out. I recommend this place to absolutely anyone who will listen, it's THAT good.
