(and this was when I gestured in a "scoot the dishes forward" movement) At this time, a man (Brian, we now know) walked up and used the edge of his hand and smacked my arm down in a chopping motion. My partner notified the "door dude" and he immediately asked Brian to leave. Brain commented over his shoulder "oh, sorry if I offended you" to which I replied " you didn't offend me, you hit me" He then stood outside flipping off the place for a while before leaving. A few moments later the door dude came to our table and told me to leave. I asked why. He said I laid hands on the woman. I asked if he wanted to hear my side of the story. He said no. We left and we left our drinks. Weird redneck good ol boy vibes. Avoid this toxic place. Go somewhere else. So many welcoming and inclusive bars on East Colfax.
