Their focus is on unique, hand-crafted cocktails and globally inspired bites. Named for its elevation of 5,430 feet, 54thirty Rooftop Bar in Denver is at a whole new level. After 6pm, entry is restricted to guests 21 and over. The rooftop views are amazing, it is a great spot to relax, especially around sunset. The vibe is lively but still comfortable enough to enjoy a conversation. There is plenty of seating but it was crowded when we arrived but we were able to find some seats close to a fire pit to stay warm. They offer a menu of shareable bites with a global spin. We ordered the chips and guacamole made with avocado and fresh made tortilla chips. We split the braised short rib tacos with avocado, cojita and radish that came with three tacos per order. The steak tacos were very tender and plentiful with toppings. We also tried a variety of cocktails from their bar. Their winter drink menu that highlights warm and spiced cocktails, a curated wine bottle list, and a spectrum of Denver's favorite craft beers. I tried the mezcal hot chocolate that was served with toasted marshmallows on top. Also tried a peach mocktail and asked them to add mezcal. Both cocktails were elevated and hand crafted. Other people in my party tried the Elevated Old Fashioned with Brush creek strait bourbon, angostura amaro, dry curacao, honey. Service was friendly and efficient, and everything came out quickly. It's a great spot for drinks with a view, light bites, or for a fun night on the town.

It is still nice, but I'm sure there's another spot that'll give you the FULL effect of a sunset. There are a decent amount of seats, but once it gets crowded, expect to stand around. People stay here for hours and the seats dont really open up. Beatiful set up though. Nice to try out.

There is so much to see and it constantly has you questioning your reality and why in the world anyone would even come up with such a place! It's easy to get turned around! I normally post lots of pictures but honestly, do yourself a favor and don't look up anything! I didn't and it was SO much more fun that way!! There is a bar and area where you can do snacks. The bar area had its own floor and looked really cool! I wish we would have done that! The snacks are down on the first floor! Overall we spent about 3 hours here exploring. If you go fast you could probably do it in about 90 mins but honestly you should go slow and enjoy every weird detail!

This was the first Meow Wolf location I visited, but it inspired me to visit more and I also loved the Las Vegas Omega Mart location. You don't have to be super artsy to enjoy, just go in with the desire to open doors, read signs and explore areas that you probably think you wouldn't be able to access.

The staff here was SO sweet, very friendly and had great vibes! It wasn't busy while we were there but our server was fantastic! The decor in here is soooo cute! The entrance is a cool, twinkle light arched "hallway" that leads up to the host stand. We were welcomed in and seated at one of the high tops near the bar. There are so many cool seating options. Rebecca welcomed us and took our drink orders. I chose to have a glass of Les Sarrins Rosé. My husband got a drink called Trailer Park Queen that consisted of prosecco, St Germain & lemon. My son went for a mocktail called Ginger Baby that had Seedlip Grove, ginger beer, cucumber, mint & lemon. My daughter chose the peach flavor of High Noon. We chose two appetizers from the Happy Hour. Jalapeno Homies, jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, bacon, cheddar and tomatoes. It came with a side of BBQ sauce. These were a hit! The barbeque sauce put it over the top. Our second appetizer was the hummus. It was roasted red pepper hummus with kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and feta. It was served pita triangles, carrots and cucumber. My son ordered the Chicken Pesto Sandwich. It had grilled chicken, pesto, white American cheese, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes and was served on focaccia bread. It came with fries. He is a huge pesto fan and thoroughly enjoyed his sandwich. My husband, daughter and I decided to share two pizzas. We chose Matt, without mushrooms (I'm allergic). So that left us with the following toppings: mozzarella, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, Italian sausage, green peppers, black olives, cheddar and ranch. Our second selection was the Street Corn pizza. it had mozzarella, roasted corn, cotija cheese, cilantro, avocado crema, cream cheese and the cutest mini tajin bottle to shake on top. We chose the Tavern style, a thin crispy crust and cut into squares. There was enough left to bring home for all of us to have as lunch the next day. Both pizzas were delicious. My favorite was the Street Corn. Overall great experience. Nice staff, great food, fun beverages.
