Quick to give a quote and timely. The truck showed up at 8am and they went over where the intake would be and the switch. Asked if the locations were ok and gave options if it wasn't, and went to work. The crew cut the holes and away they went. Amazing company! Called these guys to get a whole house fan installed and they completely rocked it. They came out a few days after the call and did the installation in about an hour. The product itself has cooled our house significantly and is truly a game changer in our home! I also have to call out their service, from speaking to Ryan on my initial call to meeting the install team, these guys were hyper responsive and very thorough with explanations. I've been thinking about getting a whole house fan for a while (over a year or so). Recently, I came across a yelp review of my friend who had a whole house fan installed by the The QuietCool Guys, and I decided to reach out to her and get her thoughts. I heard nothing but positive reviews, so I decided to give them a call about installing a whole house fan at my place. They responded within 10 min of my email, and I spoke to them and set up a date and time (6/15/18 between 10AM-12PM) for them to meet at my place. I was concerned whether I had enough ventilation in my attic, and whether I should go with the Trident Pro 3.3X or 4.8X. I was told that the guys would inspect my place/attic when they arrive and would determine at that point. Sonny and Lyle arrived around 9:45AM at my place on 06/15/18. They inspected my attic, and determined that there was enough ventilation there and suggested the Trident Pro 4.8X (house is roughly 1800sq ft). It took them about an hour or so to install everything, and they made sure to vacuum and clean up after themselves. After they installed the fan, Sonny gave a recap of how everything worked, and answered all of my questions. They were both very nice and professional. I was very happy with the price they gave me. But I did not feel comfortable with the fact they did not come out to my house to evaluate what I needed for my home. I decided to get a second quote and that company came out to my home and actually told me the system QuietCool Guys was recommending was overkill for my home. By coming to my home and evaluating what I actually needed taught me that I would have overtaxed my attic with that many CFM's running through it. The first time i installed these attic fans was in 2003 in my first house. I love it and made the right decision . It dramatic cool down my house at night . The system pull in the cool air from outside and push up to the attic where the heat trap in your roof and pushes out the hot air through the vent. I rarely turn on my ac unless outside air is still hot. When I move to my second house 2008 I installed the system right away. Till today it is still working fine. I had referred to them to many of my friends and they all love it. Matter of fact today I called on behalf of neighbor who is interested and i spoke to Drew . BTW, I should of just gotten both of them the first time around but I was very skeptical! But my gosh, I now cannot live without a Whole House Fan on in the evening time! Had my system installed a week ago. Brandon and David were the installers. Both were very professional and kept me informed on what they would be doing during the installation. Since I am the only occupant of the house, I decided to have one installed so I wouldn't have to run the AC during the evenings. Installation took no time at all. They had informed me that they now offer a wireless remote that controls both the speed and the run time. Super glad that they didn't have to run wire and cut up the drywall. Also came with an instant rebate for being an Edison customer. Upon the completion of the installation, I was shown how to use the remote as well as how to clean the vent if necessary. Other than that... it's pretty much a maintenance free device which is awesome. I would definitely recommend their products and services. Had our fan installed this month. The crew (Tommy, Chris and Brandon) did a great job! They were careful, fast, and clean. Tommy spent a good deal of time explaining the system, how it worked and how to clean the intake vent in the future. He even answered questions of my neighbor who stopped by to watch the installation. I agreed to beta test the new control and so far -so good; I like the feature of unlimited time the most. I have not mounted it as I don't care for the bracket (should be a holster in my opinion). Overall this has been a very positive experience. read more

I called and they came out the next day, removed that damaged blade and came back with a new one barely a week later. So, let me just say I was a huge skeptic about this house fan but I listened to my guy Drew and went for it. Not only did I get a quiet cool fan I also got an attic fan. Man....this thing is best thing since slice bread I live in Menifee my home is 20 years old and I never thought I could get it cool enough to be comfortable without AC. Long, overdue review! The QuietCool Guys installed our whole house fan in August. I called them and within ten minutes had an appointment for the following week for installation. On installation day they showed up on time and in FORTY-TWO minutes the fan was installed and they were gone! You would have had no idea we just had work done...no mess, nothing!!!! And the fan! I don't know why everyone doesn't have a whole house fan! The cool air they bring in helps keep the house temperature at a minimum. So great! read more

We have been contemplating a whole house fan for several years and finally decided to proceed. I was going to order online and do the install myself, but after talking to a friend that just happened to have TQC guys install his, we went ahead and made the call. Cody and Mike A. arrived a couple days later and after checking out our attic space, explained this install was a bit more complex than usual (so glad we had them install) and it would take an extra half hour. They took the time and care to respect our home with a clean install and explained how to utilize the equipment. We were also fortunate to get a rebate from Edison which they dealer matched, saving a nice size off the total! After a week of temperatures in the high 80's and low 90's here in Corona, we are so happy with our fan! I am an early riser, so the fan is on as soon as I can hit the switch. Our house is cooled with the morning chill and lasts until early evening before we need to utilize the AC, (for an hour tops so far). In the evening the fan is on again and cools our home so well, I found myself checking to see if the AC was on! We are so fortunate we live in SoCal, were it usually cools off significantly every night. It has been nice to run the fan at night and not need to worry about the AC bill! read more
