My daughter and her teammates would take a bullet for Coach Patricia and as a parent....I don't blame them. Coach Patricia is by far the best coach my daughter has ever had. She takes care of all her players and goes above and beyond to get them recruited at the college level. I only wish that we would have found her earlier. She coaches them hard and then follows it up with caring and kindness and as a father I cannot ask for anymore than that. I trust Coach Patricia and Peak wholeheartedly. The positive impact that Coach has had on my daughter is profound and immeasurable and word cannot describe how much I appreciate all she has done for my daughter and her players. Just look at the other reviews they obviously agree with me. The thought of my daughter not playing for her next year saddens my whole family and we will miss Peak and Coach Patricia very much and appreciate all they have done for us. I seldom go out of my way to post things like this but when I read horribly inaccurate reviews of such a fine organization as Peak..it really pisses me off. Trust me ignore the vitriol of one unhappy person and trust Coach Patricia and her organization with your daughter just like I did, and I o promise you won't regret it.

They canceled about a month's worth of practices in our 6 months there but expected you to pay anyway. They just immediately cancelled my membership and waived the 30 day notice fee, after I gave them the thief's first and last name ( they were dumb enough to buy an airline ticket using one of the two cards they stole). Kenleigh Paselk handled this very unprofessionally, I called to inform them on Wednesday night where she said she would relay this to the general manager, Kamery Garlick. I didn't hear back so on MONDAY I called to find out Kamery had NO idea of the situation. Odd. It almost seems like it was an employee of the club. Of course, the police have bigger fish to fry and lifetime does not stand behind their members safety although they will gladly charge you $300+ a month. The crowd those nights are usually very competitive, but everyone has a fun attitude. That's the best part about pickleball... the people are happy and having fun. Everyone likes to win, but if not, did you play well? Yes? Then rack up your paddle. Let's go again! Every facility has its issues. For me, the courts should be cleaned at least weekly. Their rotating schedule of cleaning is not effective for the higher use courts (open play courts). The management has been effective in their marketing and events, but lack luster in balancing open play and reserved courts in high use hours. I like the locker room. I like the beer wall and lounge area.

To my surprise I was charged for an additional month because they said there's a 30 day notice required to cancel. I was never told about it nor did I sign anything which contains such a policy. They just spring it on you when you cancel. I can't even imagine how much money they've made by charging their members for an additional month that they did not want or need. And if you try to delete your payment method to avoid additional charges, you can't! You'll get an error pop-up saying "Your organization has turned off the ability to delete payment profiles". Other members have also complained about their unethical practices and their BBB Rating is "F". So beware! If you join for a period of time and not aware of the cancel notice, you're actually joining for that time plus 1 additional month and you will be unable to delete your payment profile.
