I also don't tend to laugh like a loud congested hyena, so maybe that doesn't hinder my view on the joint. The bartenders Morgan, Christina, John and Emma are all amazing. Customer told her that in the US, she was not required to show documentation. Owner disappeared and returned saying that she talked to some friends who have service animals and said that it is true a person did not need to show any documents, but if it was a real service dog, that person would show it anyways. She made comments that the dog did not look like a service dog. Anyone could buy a collar and tag from Amazon. She grumbled about it to other ladies at the bar and was completely rude. I was shocked by her behavior over this. The bartender was polite and even offered a bowl of water. Very disappointed that an owner could be so oblivious or the laws and treat people the way she did.
