The server Alanna is beyond amazing. every time we go for trivia she's so quick and remembers our orders everytime we come. She basically needs the biggest raise possible she's the only reason why me or anyone else shows up there. The other servers are not as nice and or know how to use basic customer service skills. The owner needs to fire the current manager she's not nice what so ever!l pretty girl zero personality.. the people you have working for your establishment is important. We visited here because of the trivia night. We won the trivia, but the food was not a winner here. Granted, it was my first time there, but for the price, it should have been better. Example: getting the burger that had pineapple on it used canned chunked pineapple with no flavor. read more

Seems like a good concept with the arcade, music and food. Would be, but very poorly executed. Super loud, confused waitstaff and food was not good. Took almost an hour to get food that was cold, undercooked, over cooked or just plain wrong. Lots of cursing and people being idiots while a children's birthday party was going on. I definitely recommend this place to families wanting to have a nice clean place to have a good time. We went just before dinner rush on a Thursday afternoon. The service was incredible! Our waitress was quick, kind, and very helpful when explaining different menu items. The food was piping hot and incredibly fresh. The onion rings, jalapeño poppers, and pretzel bites are delicious. I also recommend trying their chicken tenders with a few different sauces on the side. My favorite of the sauces was the honey Sriracha sauce. The arcade was awesome! It was around one dollar for each game. I feel that is pretty fair for our area when you compare it to oops Alley. All of the games were brand new, worked perfectly, and the carpet was pristine. Had very high hopes for this place. Came in as a plus one for their friends and family opening. My husbands wings were raw and this was my Burger (raw as well) We're both extremely ill today because we had taken several bites. Our waitress Stephanie had such a chip on her shoulder, and that made for an extremely unpleasant experience. We will not be returning and we will be letting all of our friends know not to come here. Unfortunately, was not pleased with Happy place at all. The food was not good and it is over priced. When our food came out, my fries were regular and not sweet potato fries like I ordered and when I asked for my waitress to switch it, she took my plate then it took 20 minutes for me to get my food again. By the time I received my food, my family was already done eating. My family had wings and they seemed under cooked. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwhich and it was very thin chicken and very dry. The service was not good either, had to ask for silverware, plates, and condiments. We never got re fills, either. The arcade is pretty small and very expensive. We paid 80$ and the kids only got 15 mins of play time. read more

This place is fantastic--fun and welcoming! My kids, aged 7 and 9, had a blast in the arcade. The food was delicious, and the games were engaging. It's an excellent environment for families because the kids stay entertained while you enjoy your meal. They also serve great drinks. The service is wonderful; as a new establishment, it's important to be patient with the staff as they adjust to their new roles. The owners are incredible people, bringing something unique to our area, and their hard work is evident. First and last time in. We waited an hour and a half for our food. Even then, they brought each plate individually about 15 minutes apart from each other, so we didn't all eat together. My daughter ordered hot wings but they brought out sweet and sour. They brought my daughter a used water cup. We have been looking forward to this opening for awhile as I'm sure most people have and with every new place you expect a few kinks however what we experienced was a disaster. I'll touch on our service first . We were greeted at the front door by the GM her name was Michelle she was incredibly kind to me and my wife and treated us as though she's known us for years . We then ordered drinks and I will tell you those bartender's never stopped once stopped moving ! I ordered a simple draft beer my wife however wanted to experience one of the signature drinks and wanted the spicy mojito with no spice I walked over to the bar to make sure this could be done where the bar manager introduced herself and let me she would make it personally ! We ordered our food with our waitress Stephanie. We put in an appetizer first which took over 45 mins to come out and after speaking with other tables around us we were lucky to only wait that long our jalapeño poppers were cold when we informed our waitress she snatched the food off our table acted as though we were a big inconvenience and stormed off we ordered wings and over half were still raw . As you know raw chicken is not something you want to deal with. We will return only because we like to give places more than one chance however I will ask to be seated with someone else or I will just sit at the bar and hopefully they have a new cook by then . read more

I was a guest for the friends and family and I was excited and impressed for this new opening. We need something like this in the area. Michelle greeted me and made me feel at home. Bar staff was constantly making sure I had everything I needed and the Happy Drink was my favorite. Bar manager shook my hand and made sure my drink tasted as it should. I was slightly disappointed in the food. My burger was raw on the inside so I replaced it with wings, still undercooked. Bar staff made sure it got replaced. Well I finally came back after the fiasco of the first week they were open. First thing is Michele the manager the main plus from my first visit is no longer there. I'm sure with her expertise, (she has worked in this area for years, managed a couple of Shrimp Baskets, and waited on me and my family from Orange Beach to Destin to Evergreen, Al) she got out of this circus as quick as she could. The original visitwe were served raw chicken wings, raw hamburgers, wrong salad dressings, and it took us 1 hour and 15 mins to get raw food. Only highlights was the Blue fruity drink I got from the bar and Michele. I think the drink was named Happy Place or something like it. Michele was embarrassed. She kept telling my husband to give it a few weeks to get the kinks out. We'll I just went back this past Saturday after my sins ball game. New manager I never saw. Michele always talked to every table, she ran food, she filled drinks, she fixed orders, she was the epitome of customer service. I couldn't even tell you if the new manager knew my food was terrible yet again. The sauce on the wings was terrible. All but the 2 biggest ones were done this time at least. My kids didn't eat any of their kids meals. I did take a bite of his hot dog and it was just gross. My daughter tried the Mac and cheese. She said it's still nasty. Only good was beer was cold and nachos. I told my server about my first experience and how Michele comped some but not all. I told her the food still wasn't good. I wasn't looking foe free food, but would have lived to talk to the Mgr. Either they weren't interested or server never told them. I had 1 emoyee tell me they also missed Michele. Guess they heard me talking. That was the last shot for my family. Stay away. Horrible food and management seemed non existent for us this go around.
