It was great having such a responsive team standing by to take care of a few tiny minor glitches that were done quickly and perfectly. For the home, having rented over a dozen homes in the LA area...and a good share elsewhere, this lovely home has become our absolute favorite. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 2 teens), providing all of us with enough room to have our own space, and spacious enough in common areas to enjoy watching a movie, playing board games, and having dinners. The space was light and bright, really well-furnished, and the gorgeous walk-in closet made me want one at home. We fell in love with this part of town, strolling Robertson and Melrose were a breeze. Great restaurants, shopping, everything was pretty fabulous. Though the kitchen was not as well-stocked as other rentals, that was such a minor point. All in all, this was a great 2 weeks and we're eager to return to West Hollywood.

I want to start by saying that the leasing agent I worked with was pleasant, but unfortunately,…read morethat's where the positive experience ends. Sky Properties Management as a company and their property manager, Yesenia, seem completely disorganized and unreliable. There were multiple errors on my lease. For example: * My contract stated I would be charged using RUBS for water, but later I was told that this only applies to most of their buildings--not mine. Why include it in the contract then? * My lease said I wouldn't have a parking space, but I was told one would be sent later. When I followed up, they claimed it was already in the lease, even though it clearly says zero spaces. * On move-in day, I received a parking lease after 3 PM stating I would be charged $25, despite repeated written confirmation that parking was included in rent. The most frustrating issue is that a vehicle has been consistently parked in front of the gate, blocking the main entrance. I reported this weeks ago and was assured it would be handled. When I received my keys the day before move-in, cars were still blocking the gate. When I asked what would happen if the cars were still there during my move, I was told "we all just have to deal with it." This is unacceptable--my movers charge by the minute, and this obstruction makes moving my belongings extremely difficult. When I spoke with the property manager, Yesenia, I was told there's nothing she can do because they're never present during walkthroughs. Because I cannot get any assurance that the gate will be accessible, I haven't moved any of my belongings in--even though my lease has started. I do not trust this management company at all. If you're considering renting from Sky Properties Management, particularly their listing at 6501 Fulton Avenue, I would strongly advise against it. Update: They pushed my move in day after access issues, which I'm grateful for, however the day of my scheduled move in day, as I'm moving in, I'm told my parking spot is a different spot, which goes against the parking agreement I signed. I made it clear the spot I was showed, confirmed through text, and signed for was a determining factor in my decision as parking in LA can be stressful. I was told over the phone if I don't like the new spot, I can park on the street. After bringing up the fact that I intend to take legal action, the tune changed and I was told they would get back to me on 3/30 (today) and it is the end of the business day and I haven't heard back. Additionally, it appears my Google review was flagged (I presume by Sky) and shadowbanned which explains why the reviews on Yelp are much worse than Google reviews. Also an influx of positive reviews came through after my negative one.
