I just had my new gate installed. From start to finish it was a seamless process. Steve came out to take measurements and give an estimate. My gas meter is right at the gate opening. I didn't know how to get around that, but Steve came up with the perfect solution. He's extremely friendly and personable. A pleasure to work with. The gate was finished in the timeframe given. We scheduled installation, where Steve's brother Javier showed up. Javier and Diego arrived bright and early, finishing the install in just a couple of hours. Very fast, neat, and professional. I live in Fontana, where the wind gets pretty bad. My previous gate has been ripped from the wall 3 times. This gate is very sturdy and reinforced with 2 anchors. It won't be going anywhere. My neighbors slow down as they drive by....what a show stopper! Thank you Steve, Javier, and Diego! read more

My grandparents have had this older swing for YEARS... means so much to them they tried to "protect" the feet and wounded up causing damage. They did not want to buy a new one... they wanted that one and now that they're older requested to add inches to the feet for them not to have to bend their knees very much to sit. STEVE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! MY GRANDPARENTS ARE SOOO GRATEFUL AND EXCITED TO HAVE THEIR SWING BACK AND TALLER FOR THEIR KNEES! THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM, HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AMAZING WORK! GREAT COMPANY ‼ So grateful for the continued memories my grandparents will have and build on their swing together and with my babies, their great grandchildren in the mornings and afternoons. Isaiah and his team are truly amazing. They will draw and design your gate to your requests. I had my gate installed over 20 years ago and it is in top notch shape. It will last forever. Recently I had to replace the 20 year-old keypad. I called and they came out the net day! A true family business. You do not even have to be home during installation. They are licensed and insured. I see so many beautiful iron gates in Willow Glen and the Rose Garden area that were made at Professional Iron works. read more

We called quite a few gate and fence businesses. Some acted like they didn't care if they got our business or not. Steve came out and took the time to listen to why we wanted, my wife showed them a design she had seen in a home improvement magazine and they said we can do that. He quoted us a reasonable price and we gave them the order. Yesterday they installed our new gate. Very professional and the gate looks awesome. We want to thank the whole Professional Ironworks team for giving us a highly functional gate that accents our home! I would give too recommendations to use this family oriented business who will take the time and care to make sure you get what you want. read more

Professional Iron Works did a beautiful job designing and installing my custom entry gate. My home feels more secure. No more solicitor access. They even installed the Ultraloq I bought. This was a great investment to my home. I'm having issues with my HOA even though they approved the gate. Professional Iron Works was kind enough to go the extra mile and draft a letter to my HOA committee . Professional Iron Work's staff is very friendly and professional and I would recommend them for your next project. read more

After weeks of waiting for a response from leaving a message of interest, I finally was contacted. We scheduled for a week later and scheduled a time. My husband stayed home that day to meet with them. No call, no text, no show. Not what I expected, but at the same time I should have expected this due to how long it took for them to respond back to me. I just want to stay how highly disappointed I am. especially since I was trying to show support for a family owned business. read more

Really enjoyed working with Javier. Steve (sales) estimated it would take apx 45 days to make the gate. Right on time, Javier (fabricator) kept in contact regarding the gate when time was near. He let me know when he was coming to make the final measurements, advised me when the gate would be delivered and when he found out the gate would be a day late due to the powder coat, promptly notified me. Javier was always on time for his appointments and I really appreciated how he kept me informed. The day the gate came, I was very happy. This was the last part of a TOTAL FRONT YARD TRANSFORMATION that took nearly 3 months. The gate is beautiful. In addition to installing the new gate, Javier is going to repair a secondary wrought iron security gate we have on our side yard that was rusting due to years of water sprinkler exposure. He also recommended someone to paint the gate after he repairs the rust damage. If you need a Wrought Iron gate, I strongly recommend The Professional Iron Works Company. RELIABLE, GOOD PRICES and GREAT TO DO BUSINESS with. read more

We recently contracted the team at The Professional Iron Works. We needed a metal iron fence around our pool so we received 3 quotes and their team came in at a reasonable price. I just had a wonderful gate put up by these gentlemen, and i couldn't be more pleased. Initially, i had previous work done by another ornamental shop and i thought it was great, but the gate that these men build me is a masterpiece. I recently had a fence installed by this company and I found them to be EXTREMELY unprofessional. They initially installed the fence with some major scratches and defects and almost refused to fix it. The only reason they did so was because they were still owed the balance of their pay. I have since had to call them back on at least three separate occasions, because the fence either wont close or won't open. It currently will not stay closed. I would recommend against using them at all costs. read more

Excellent customer service. Steve was able to come out on a holiday with only two days notice and finished the job in 30 minutes. The pricing was competitive and their work was superb. They replaced our gate hinges and instead of allowing me to waste money on a new gate latch they suggested to simply fix the one that was there. I would definitely recommend them and their work. read more
