Given the relatively close proximity this place is to where I live, I feel an irrevocable…read moreobligation to talk about it. Except...there's not much to talk about. It's a UPS, it's efficient, and it's mostly convenient. Mostly. See, there's actually one thing I really, REALLY hate about this location. Just one. And that is....the parking lot. I think.....yeah. I think I may hate this parking situation more than Brussels sprouts. In short, it's tiny. Cramp. Like...seriously. You practically need a clown car to fit into their compacted car spaces. Plus, it doesn't help that half the drivers in NH evidently can't park for shit. And as a New Hampshirite, I am embarrassed to say that. But, I digress. If you've been here before, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. More than once, I've had to drive right into Popeye's parking lot just to circle back around and find a parking space that didn't have some idiot ostensibly double-parked. I could go on and on and I understand the actual business themselves has little power over this ridiculous situation. But, it is what it is. And I think people should know what they're getting themselves into. Fine for all your UPS needs, but painfully vexing for parking. I'm giving this UPS 4 compact parking spaces out of 5.

Zero protection for my item -a ceramic elephant worth a ton of $. Left the item to be packaged and no insurance offered by employees. it arrived shattered. Store won't assist/replace the damaged item, corporate also unhelpful. If you have anything you care about or is worth money at all don't use this store to ship and definitely not to package. Would have left a zero star rating if I could. Don't make the same mistake I did. I have since messaged with corporate and fielded calls from this business and nothing has happened for resolution. I would skip this store if you have anything at all of importance or value to you.

Okay. Despite having lived in this town for a little over a year and a half now, I didn't realize…read morethat there was a consolidated postal service center that deals with....basically all vendors. USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL....doesn't matter. They do it all. Plus, you can get documents notarized here like the UPS center on D.W. Highway. The thing that doesn't make much sense to me are all the negative reviews. I mean, it's a POSTAL center. How do you bash a postal center? What? Di-...did they take too long to print out your receipt? I just happened by this place as I was in search of a FedEx drop off point. I came here with a label already printed on the box to ship, handed it to the guy, and that was it. Package arrived the very next morning, as promised via the overnight label. Quick, neat, simple. The location is also wicked convenient for us, since it's located in the same outlet vicinity as Market Basket and Chic-Fil-A. If you can't find those two places then I just dunno. ¯\_( ° °)_/¯ So, yeah. NH does consolidated postal centers as opposed to the traditional stand-alone services. No wonder I couldn't find any USPS kiosks in Nashua. Postal Service USA gets 5 packages stamped for overnight delivery out of 5.

Given the competition that is so close, I still love going to Staples over the rest of the area. Everytime I have been in here, it has been quiet. Unlike the hustling and bustling Best Buy, there are no pushy sales people giving reading the corporate chain message. I have been able to take my time to look around, without anyone else brushing up against me. Staples may not have the size and variety of other stores, but when it comes to a shopping experience, Staples takes the prize. Even if I am dealt a more limited selection, I just feel better walking into a Staples as opposed to another store.
