I had been to 3 other businesses nearby and they all said no way could they do it that quickly. Plus they wanted to charge a lot for a rush order. Brennton, from El Cajon Print, was willing to do the job overnight for me. While checking on the font and engraved message, he went to the back of the store and came back with the job already done!! It took all of 20 minutes and he did not rip me off for doing this on the spot! He exceeded my expectations and saved me valuable time in not coming back for it the next day. The engraving was great quality and value. Their customer service was superb!

Copy2Copy completed an amazing document digitization project for us, preserving our family legacy…read morefrom the past 100+ years. This was way beyond scanning of historic documents - their quality control is unmatched - cropping and positioning every scan, which was perfectly digitized, and meticulously labeling every document, folder and file in a logical file structure so we can easily locate over 7,500 documents. Some documents are from the 1940's and earlier, larger format, which required careful handling to preserve both the image and document. Nimish and his team are responsive, communicate well and thoughtful in how they approach a project of this magnitude. They had many helpful suggestions as we progressed to completion. We've uploaded the entire project to a protected redundant shared Google Drive structure so all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids can access it for decades to come. We highly recommend Cop2Copy for important, high value projects to preserve treasured memories like this, in an easily accessible and organized format. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome.

He stated they could make it and suggested I make a digital copy for future needs. I went with his suggestion. Mimi's said it could be done within an hour. That made me so happy because I was in the area for other businesses and didn't want to come back due to working in another part of town. I returned in an hour. The booklet was completed with a digital copy on a memory card. They even made me a second copy for free! Was it worth the cost and time? Absolutely because the booklet will head out to a friend that has lost his years ago! The booker is from our bootcamp days from the U.S. Navy from 1987! Thank you Nimish at Copy2Copy for your help, suggestions, and friendly staff!

It took about an hour to get it all done. This was an awesome experience and will most likely go back when I need something else made.

The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. Overall, Ken is a great printing technician and expert. His patience with our event team was awesome. The rest of the staff is very customer service oriented too. I recommend Copy-It La Mesa, CA!

When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.

Michelle is awesome, she always immediately greets you and ask to help. She has a great attitude and work ethic. She is so intelligent and efficient and now I started using Fedex more than UPS. This is a great location also with ample parking and an easy to use Kiosk etc., and never to crowded with great hours. However and id like to reiterate if you quality care, efficiency and know your needs are met and package is being securely sent - Michelle ensures that and is a great representation for this location and Fedex as a whole! Great experience
