I suppose if you want less or more, you can always ask them to put more/less. The tortilla was solid, wasn't too much, but it was enough to roll pretty up pretty much everything. Beans and rice were solid and they notably didn't put /too/ much in - the meat was pretty generously added in. I definitely had a lot of meat bites, actually. Very impressive! The main reason why we go is for the pan dulce, which is tasty and the sizes are great. My personal favorite is the bolillo with cream cheese and jalapeño, especially when it's fresh. We have also tried the tamales, which were absolutely massive and full of meat. Everyone here is respectful and kind, and quick to get you in and out of the store with what you need. I am glad that we have a store like this here in Beaumont especially after moving here recently :)
