The chili cheese fries were also great, the fries were perfectly cooked, well seasoned and absolutely delicious. The customer service was outstanding. The owner and Miguel Angel were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. Even though it was a busy day, our food came out quickly. Since it's located inside the Redlands Public Market, we all tried something different from various vendors, but the hot dog and chili cheese fries were hands-down the best thing we ate all day. My best friend would've been proud to see the spectacular mess of eating that was on display tonight. The service was good, a little slow if anything, but nothing I would complain about. And the Redlands Public Market is just a great food hall to chow down in regardless of which booth you go to. Nava is a great choice, but it's not the only one. But at the end of the day, it's the type of place you can just relax and enjoy the company you're with while eating the best comfort fast food around. Although I was excited to see that they ordered garlic fries and was told by the employee that I could get it without the Parmesan cheese on top, I was bummed when I learned that the fries are cooked in beef tallow. I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor though. The large Belgian fries were also good too, but they were dry. I wish the fries were fresh. Felt the service was good, but the bratwurst was so salty and tough to eat/bite into. I couldn't even finish it. The price was a little high too (17.00 for a dog and drink), no sides or anything with it - I wanted to get the Bavarian pretzel but felt 14.00 for a pretzel was a little steep on top of the cost of a hot dog and drink. Worst experience ever! Wife and I went there last Sunday with another couple. I decided to order my food with Nava while others in my group ordered food at other stalls in the market. I ordered a Chicken Mango sausage with caramelized onion and sauerkraut, because I wanted to share my food with my wife and she does not eat spicy food. After 15 minutes when others in my group almost finished their meals, I went to ask for my order. The guy at the counter went through a string of orders and told me that my order was going to be next, then he went back to talk to the cook to start cooking my hot dog, and sure enough another two orders came out ahead of mine because they had already been on the grill when he instructed the cook to start my sausage. It's so obvious they forgot my order and did not want to admit it. And then my order came out and when I started eating, I realized there were two things wrong with it: 1. The chicken mango sausage was very spicy, and 2. The did not give me the sauerkraut and caramelized onion I went back to them to ask if the sausage I got was indeed chicken mango and got an affirmative answer, with no explanation as to why it did not have any indication it's a spicy one, such a pepper sign by its side on the menu. In summary, 3 f**king mistakes in a simple hot dog order shows you how incompetent the company is. I am honestly concerned about the quality of the sausage if their employees in the back shop are as incompetent making the sausages as those at the counter read more
