This place has been on my to try list for years and we finally had a chance to try them this year! I love the concept of the chimney cake cone (it's like a brioche type of bread cone thingy lol)! It's delicious and I would gladly just eat it on its own. It's fluffy and crunchy at the same time, yum! The soft serve is creamy and delicious. The base is always vanilla soft serve then they have different flavors you can try. I wish they had an option where you could just get a plain cone with plain vanilla soft serve, but unfortunately they do not. You can buy the plain cones though. It's a little pricey, but the experience was fun. I'd definitely try it again if we're in the area. Hope they change up the menu and allow you to do it plain in 2025!

Praguery * pistachio $9.50 * prag OG $7.50 I've been seeing a lot of these posts lately, so I thought I'd go and try it myself. I can see why many people like it, although it wasn't for me personally. The pistachio one tasted like the OG (regular one), when it was a whole $2 more (but I did keep in mind that pistachio tasting desserts aren't usually that strong). I actually didn't even taste a hint of the pistachio, which was kind of disappointing I think I was just expecting more flavour, but the OG one was pretty good for its price as well! It carried out what I expected with nice, smooth ice cream texture and crisp chimney cake on the bottom. Overall pretty good combo. 3/5 4/5 You guess which rating is for which based on my descriptions ;)

The Praguery allows you to customize and select from a variety of options for chimney cake flavors, ice cream flavors, and toppings. My cousin and I chose the Pumpkin Spice with the added panda cookie. I definitely recommend eating the cone as fast as you can as it immediately started melting even though it was cold outside. If the cone is made fresh, it's soft and warm. But if it's been made and sitting for a while, it'll be hard and chewy, which happened in our case. There was a generous amount of ice cream, so you're definitely getting your money's worth. This food truck was located at the Richmond - McArthurGlen Outlet, which I'm not sure I'd drive all the way out there just for this. But if you're there already, I'd recommend checking it out and also follow them on social media for rotating seasonal flavors.

Second time trying Praguery ice cream chimney cakes and they did not disappoint. Last time I tried the Nutella and this time I tried Mr. Brownie. Mr. Brownie was less sweet than the Nutella ice cream chimney cake so If you are looking for a less sweet version then I'd recommend getting that. This ice cream chimney cakes can be quite heavy, I'd recommend sharing it between two people. The service was fast...line up + ordering + wait time all together took ~10 minutes. I'm giving it 4 stars because I wish the inside of the chimney cake was cooked a bit more. Otherwise it was delicious and a great way to end our shopping day at the outlet :)

Oh man, soft serve ice cream in a yummy cinnamon donut! Yes please! We got the mango and egg nog flavours (the Eggnog is a winter special) The mango was just delicious, a piece of dried mango on top with mango puréed sauce on top and again in the cone. The bottom is filled with mini chocolate chips to help keep the ice cream from coming out the bottom. The eggnog flavour was tasty and I did enjoy it, but I would say it was more of a chemical flavour, especially with the sprinkles on top. I would recommend the mango or pistachio if you like a more 'natural' flavour. Be sure to try it! You will want to go back to try the next flavour!

It was about time we tried this place! We passed this truck a lot over the last 2 years. Today, since the heat was pouring down on us we thought it was the perfect moment! Okay, so the line was only one person and then us. Not bad for a hot day! We got the Nutella, excited for something cold! It was delicious! We had our spoons digging and our mouths chewing! I never expected for the cone to be so soft, like a soft pastry! It was a delicious messy treat! Made my tummy happy!

I had their Chimney Cone w/ Pumpkin-Spiced Vanilla Soft Serve (I think it is seasonal) at their McArthurGlen Designer Outlet (near Richmond Airport). They're a food truck. The chimney cake was delicious, and was solid enough to hold the ice cream so it isn't messy. It had a good texture, and was generously and evenly coated with cinnamon. The soft serve itself was creamy and I liked the pumpkin-spiced flavour. Feels very fall/festive. Sweetness level was good for me too.

Whenever I'm in the area or even when I'm craving something like this I always go to this place to satisfy my cravings. I always have such a delicious experience never once disappointed. * Mango chimney cake icecream ($11) ~ the icecream was super creamy and soft and honestly thick too! I love the icecream they have. The mango sauce was bomb! I love the dry mango topper they have! The mango sauce is also throughout not just on the top but bottom as well! The chimney cake was crispy and very well made. Best part of it is the chimney cake cone. Also there's a chocolate chip surprise at the bottom! * 10/10 ~ I love it! Mango and lemon are my go to flavours! I wish they had the bueno but mango was a good choice for such a hot day! * 7/10 ~ it ain't cheap for a bit of icecream and a chimney cake. But for once and a while when I'm craving this it's so worth it!

This is by far my fav ice cream place in Vancouver. The cone was so delicious and the way they prepared the ice cream was full of surprises. A dried mango on top is a good twist for the ice cream, then you ll find that the mango topping is not only on the top but also at the bottom... the cone is sealed with chocochips and the cone is freshly baked cinnamon cake. I was very satisfied with the ice cream and felt like a kid who gets happy because he/she had a good time eating the ice cream. A must have for all folks. It's just perfect.

This is one killer dessert! Not only does The Praguery have some best soft serve flavours but that chimney cake is just what it needs!! I made a stop here recently and ordered the Panda Soft Serve Chimney Cake because I just couldn't resist how cute it was with the little panda and bamboo cookie. When the ice cream melts the chimney cake simply soaks it all up for that delicious bite! What a fantastic dessert for all year round!

I got the pistachio. Ice cream was smooth, creamy, and milky not like whipping cream. Tasted fresh/homemade. Cone/pretzels was firm and chewy with cinnamon and sugar.

We tried the combo pack with Durian, Purple Yam, Chestnut, and Mango, and every bite was delightful. The mochi wrapping is impressively thin, with a pillowy texture that makes each piece melt in your mouth. While I usually gravitate toward durian, the Chestnut and Purple Yam stole the show. You can really taste the effort and pride in the chestnut puree--it's smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The staff are warm, friendly, and clearly proud of their craft, which adds to the charm of the experience. This is absolutely one of those places worth lining up for. If you're in the mood for artisanal mochi that's made with care, Car's Dessert should be at the top of your list.

The dining space is small but the decoration inside makes you feel like you transported to a different country. Marshmallow Thick Toast 4/5 The toast was about an inch thick, well toasted outside with a pillowy soft center. There's some melted chocolate on the bottom that added to the smores vibe. The marshmallows on top weren't very thick, so it melted to an even layer with perfect browning. The toast was cut into 9 pieces so it can be shared but given the portion I think 1-2 people would be fitting for this dessert. We weren't too hungry, so we shared amongst 4. Jasmine Tea Jelly 4/5 I really liked how fragrant the jelly was and that the jelly was a softer jelly that reminds you of Aiyu jelly. The after taste was a bit bitter but I feel like that tells me it was brewed and made and not just bought to serve. It's served with a splash of half and half I believe. To-Go I wanted to try and compare all the tea flavored jellies they had, Jasmine, Oolong and Earl Grey Tea Jelly. Packaged with small packets of the half and half to add later. The best was OOLONG 5/5- it had a slight roasted tea flavor that was refreshing and comforting at the same time. What you would want from a milk tea. Second best was Jasmine - fragrant and less bitter than the one I had in restaurant, typical jasmine flavor that's lightly floral and not too heavy Earl Grey 3/5 - it was good if you like earl grey like me, but it has an intensely strong fragrance and flavor that might be off-putting if you're not used to the taste. It was by far the strongest floral taste and smell of the three. I'd definitely be back to get these to go, they carry well and you can cross borders with them :)

This came with a lot of interesting treats. In the middle tier, there was your savory two different types of onigiri, savory rice cakes, and elevated salad with a jelly. I have learned over the years that I can appreciate red bean as a bubble tea drink if it's all blended up. However, it's the chunks of bean that I don't like, and this wheel cake had chunks of bean in it.
