I ordered some of each type of taco: Pork, Chicken, Steak and Chorizo (spicy sausage.) Tender, flavorful and fresh. The tortillas are grilled right there in the truck and are delivered warm with the choice of meat plus pico de gallo, shredded cheese and a side of salsa (either verde or hot). And, after a quick google before my Yelp to find their website (there is not one, just Facebook), I found, "Matthew Haury is a French trained Chef with Asian and Latin American influences. We arrived right as the game was starting and they were out of the pulled pork sandwiches, so we chose the pulled chicken instead! I think this was the best shredded chicken sandwich I have ever had! The chicken was SO flavorful, even without barbecue sauce. The buns were also super sweet and fluffy, and perfectly soaked up the juices from the sandwich to round out the flavor.
