When I called to constructively share this experience with the owner, Megan, I was met with a confrontational and rude response. Rather than addressing the product quality, she BLAMED me for making a last-minute purchase and told me I was "welcome not to return to her store". And for the record, I was not seeking a refund but simply wanted to provide feedback as a fellow business owner - after all, we can't improve things we don't know about. Every aspect of the service was impeccable. Allison helped me figure out what I wanted on my menu to make my guest feel welcome and appreciated. She helped me understand which dishes would go well together and remain in my budget, which is another thing most of my vendors didn't seem to comprehend. Allison also considered aesthetics and helped me come up with a menu that was aesthetically pleasing, which it was! The photographer took several photos of the food because it was just so pretty and fancy looking!!! I get hungry just looking at our wedding photos lol on the front end Allison was awesome in helping me think about things I didn't know to think about.
