When I called to constructively share this experience with the owner, Megan, I was met with a confrontational and rude response. Rather than addressing the product quality, she BLAMED me for making a last-minute purchase and told me I was "welcome not to return to her store". And for the record, I was not seeking a refund but simply wanted to provide feedback as a fellow business owner - after all, we can't improve things we don't know about. Due to the poor product quality, unprofessional decorating skills and very unprofessional customer service, I will not be returning. Save your money - a Walmart cake would have been a much better choice.

What I got was approximately 20 large square cakes (approximately 5" squares). The vendor attributed the shortage to having dropped the others in transit. The product was unique, however it consisted of a hard, thick, 3/4" shell that was difficult to cut and cake inside that was not freshly made. My intention was for the guest to have one or more bite sized cakes. What I got was a monstrosity that my guests did not know how to attack. Some tried in vain to cut a piece, others were confused as to whether they should take the whole "brick". Im not one to regularly write reviews but in this case a very negative review is warranted. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

I've been using them for every special occasion and birthday party for me and my daughter for over nine years. I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. My personal favorite and the flavor I get the most compliments on at all my parties is the vanilla cake it reminds me of angel food cake but more dense giving it the perfect cake texture and flavor. The cake isn't overly sweet so the sweetness of the icing compliments it very well making for the perfect bite every time. I also love the pink champagne cake. It's a gorgeous pink cake with an almost bubbly flavor with the tastiest fluffiest icing. I'm for real obsessed. They also do cookies and cupcakes in an assortment of flavors that you can order or find in their case each day so yummy! The hummingbird, pink champagne, the Italian and the s'mores cupcakes are our favorites and ones we always pick up for a little treat when we are in Athens.
