I tried 5 items from an event where Nilah (Honeybee Baking's owner & baker) was a vender at (she takes custom orders too). The Salvadoran Quesadilla (Gluten Free) was something I had never heard of before. Nilah, said that it's a family recipe, which made it even more special and exciting to try. She said it's one of her best sellers, so I was glad that I could get one! It's a unique and I really enjoyed it. The Honey Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie (Gluten Free) was great. It was sweet, but didn't seem overly sweet and you could taste the flavors, instead of tasting 1 flavor. It's a good cookie. The Strawberry Sugar Cookie (Gluten Free & Vegan) is my favorite item from Honeybee Baking, so far. Both the flavor and texture are fantastic.
