When we found a leak in the pool, Brandon decided he wasn't going to clean it unless the leak was fixed. A couple of weeks later we fixed it and the pool sat unclean. I texted Brandon the day the leak was fixed. He told me he didn't have any chemicals to clear the pool. So I waited the next week, Brandon gave me another chemical excuse. I went today and gave the pool store a sample of my pool water. They gave me the chemicals. And I didn't pay nearly as much as it did to have Paradigm Pool service to come and clear it. I would not recommend Brandon or his company to clean your pool. Better off doing it yourself.
