Had service with them for several years but ended service because of rude staff. Their techs would block my driveway (I couldn't back out to get my kids to school) and I would ask them not to. After them not respecting this, I called the office to ask them to speak with tech and the owner called me back yelling like it was MY fault. -Account was in my wifes name and we were 10+yr customers. Soledad was the receptionist then and was kind. David should remember the phone call, he was rude and angry. I called and requested service. I was refused service because I wasn't currently on service. I guess they have all the customers they need.

Terrible customer service. Techs would say they were there but no one had been for weeks. Called and they would say that the tech was on vacation or some crap like that. It got so bad we had to replace our pool surface. read more

Previous owner of our new home recommend this service, From the beginning I explained that we work and travel a lot, and we are not at home 7 days a week For the past few months we have a problem with my pool cleaner,just simply didn't work they try to fix it, change some parts but didn't work , so the owner convince me that is too old and we need a new one, and I asked him and he recommends a new one that cost me over $ 700 and he came and install it, by the way he took my old one with him, but from day one that new pool cleaner for no reason stop working as well.... I been sending emails, they been telling me to do this and that, but nothing seems to work.... And then again they increase the price,buy the way I don't have problem with that..., Because We are not on one address, and of course when you're not at home for a couple of days , our gate was looked, because we have a lot of expensive stuff and furniture in backyard, so they didn't have access to our pool couple of times.... They left 1-2 tablets, late I found it by the gate... Even though I don't have a problem to pay for them to come ,when gate is closed, even when they don't have access to my pool... They send me a letter, about discontinue service???? Dear pure water You couldn't resolve problem with pool cleaner for months, you convinced me to buy a new one, from you, which by the way also doesn't work and you can figure it out why? and now you just simply disconnect the service because you can't solve the problem and you simply don't care about your customers.... and blame me and close gate for that .., Really seriously ??? read more

Recently my normal pool guy called in sick, and I called in and talked to David, who informed me that when somebody can't make it to work, they don't bother calling the people on his route to let them know he won't be there. That's not acceptable to me. I don't want to be waiting around for someone to show up and they never do, and no one calls me. This is the reason I changed it from a 5 star review. Pure Water was referred to us from a couple members of our church. They have had monthly service with Roam for over 15+ years. Our pool was a particular disaster after I was unable to keep the chemicals in balance for over 7 months and it turned to an algae nightmare on us. Roam and his crew made quick work of my problem and also corrected other issues in the filter system. Their prices were reasonable and I am now back to crystal clear blue water and couldn't be more pleased. We are now on their monthly service and I will be a long term customer going forward. I have never had a worse customer experience. A technician (Joe or John) was sent out on behalf of my landlord, after arriving an hour late he starts off by asking me in a rude manner why I think he needs to do anything. What? I tell him what the regular service man told me then point to the problem filter. He apparently took great offence at me relaying the information he asked for because he slams shut the service box and yells at me, "Get someone else to fix this!". I was so shaken at this explosive outburst I turned and started walking away without saying a word back to my house. He then follows me, yelling again something about whos "great idea" it was to have the pump house laid out as it was. I gave no response as I just wanted to get away from this crazy situation. He continued to stay outside my house for a minute like he was looking for a fight. After checking three times that this company could service my pool, they call me right before they were suppose to be at my house and said that I was outside of their service area. I know for a fact they service my parents pool in the same area. They should have been more professional and let me know from the beginning, not wait until the appointment time to cancel.
