Been with this pool company for 23 years and have always gotten good service from them. If we needed an extra boost from seasonal algae or because of an upcoming party, they always accommodated us. read more

Just started with Pure Water Pool Service. It always tough switching from a service you've used for a long time to someone new, but they made the transition stress free. I highly recommend them. I'll try to post a pic of my pool read more

Had service with them for several years but ended service because of rude staff. Their techs would block my driveway (I couldn't back out to get my kids to school) and I would ask them not to. After them not respecting this, I called the office to ask them to speak with tech and the owner called me back yelling like it was MY fault. -Account was in my wifes name and we were 10+yr customers. Soledad was the receptionist then and was kind. David should remember the phone call, he was rude and angry. Thank You Roam for proving my point on the lack of accountability for your staffs actions. read more

Terrible customer service. Techs would say they were there but no one had been for weeks. Called and they would say that the tech was on vacation or some crap like that. It got so bad we had to replace our pool surface. read more

we've used Pure Water for pool service for about 3 years. The tech always comes on the scheduled days. as new pool owners we had lots of questions and request for assistance. the Owner would always stop by and help with whatever we needed and also educated us on some simple "DIY" tips. I am very pleased with Pure Water pool service and would recommend them read more

Previous owner of our new home recommend this service, From the beginning I explained that we work and travel a lot, and we are not at home 7 days a week For the past few months we have a problem with my pool cleaner, just simply didn't work they try to fix it, change some parts but didn't work , so the owner convince me that is too old and we need a new one, and I asked him and he recommends a new one that cost me over $ 700 and he came and install it, by the way he took my old one with him, but from day one that new pool cleaner for no reason stop working as well.... I been sending emails, they been telling me to do this and that, but nothing seems to work.... And then again they increase the price, buy the way I don't have problem with that..., Because We are not on one address, and of course when you're not at home for a couple of days , our gate was looked, because we have a lot of expensive stuff and furniture in backyard, so they didn't have access to our pool couple of times.... They left 1-2 tablets, late I found it by the gate... Even though I don't have a problem to pay for them to come ,when gate is closed, even when they don't have access to my pool... They send me a letter, about discontinue service???? Dear pure water You couldn't resolve problem with pool cleaner for months, you convinced me to buy a new one, from you, which by the way also doesn't work and you can figure it out why? and now you just simply disconnect the service because you can't solve the problem and you simply don't care about your customers.... and blame me and close gate for that .., Really seriously ??? read more

I would highly recommend Pure Water Pool Services. My husband and I recently acquired their services. In the initial servicing, the gentleman who serviced our pool did an exceptional job of explaining how our pool equipment worked; and, provided helpful tips on correcting some of the problematic setting on our pool control panel.  I appreciated the fact that he did not talk-down to my husband and me while trying to explaining any of the technical aspects of what he was doing with the pool.  My husband and I feel confident in choosing your company to service our pool. read more

This company was referred to me by my home warranty service. Their technician, David, was very professional, polite, and thorough. He not only solved the problems I was having, he took me through every step as he diagnosed and fixed it. He knows his stuff! Now I feel like I know so much more about my pool equipment. My pump, filter and vacuum are running better than ever now. read more

I called this business for first time to service my pool heater. He found the problem very quick. He is knowledgeable and experienced. I will recommend this business. read more

Recently my normal pool guy called in sick, and I called in and talked to David, who informed me that when somebody can't make it to work, they don't bother calling the people on his route to let them know he won't be there. That's not acceptable to me. I don't want to be waiting around for someone to show up and they never do, and no one calls me. This is the reason I changed it from a 5 star review. I do want to thank Roam for the work he did for me, but I will be finding another company. read more

We just had a new heater installed and our pump repaired along with some other issues , Roam and Blake were the best! We had a older system and they really went above and beyond with their install. Fixing issues along the way and now everyone in the house can operate all the functions the pool has to offer!!! Very professional crew, I would highly recommend, thanks Bill read more

Switched to them after dealing with horrible local company. Affordable, reliable and honest. Billing dept is very helpful!! Way to go.

After two other pool/spa maintenance companies were unable to repair my equipment, Roam was able to diagnose the problem, order the needed replacement part, and install the new part within a few days. My equipment now works good-as-new! I give Roam the highest possible rating for being pleasant, professional and conscientious. I highly recommend Pure Water Pool Service. read more

I have been a customer for over a year now , very happy with them. When ever anything happens with my pool they showed up fast. Friendly office staff. I recommend them. read more

I have utilized the services of his company on many, many occasions. I am not a regular customer as I do my own chemicals, brushing and backwashing. (I also work closely with the pool industry as a manufacturer and supplier of products sold to pool servicers and pool or spa homeowners). I say all that because I have never met anyone in the entire pool industry who is more knowledable than Roam Dunn, the manager of this business. He is hands on and honest, hard working and caring. If you need pool or spa related service, I highly recommend Pure Water. read more

Roam and their company did a great job in replacing our equipment with what we needed and not selling me more than what I needed to get my pool looking beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone needing pool repairs. read more

I was lucky enough to have my home warranty claim assigned to Pure Water Pool Service when I was having pump trouble. Roam instantly diagnosed the problem and gave me some maintenance tips to prevent it from happening in the future. Very knowledgeable, professional, and informative. Highly recommended. read more

The worst pool service, didn't know how to take care of a pool. Also the owner is rude, and the secretary is rude to. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A DIFFERENT POOL SERVICE. read more

Tried to get them to fix my spa never could and never came back! Do not use this company!

Pure Water was referred to us from a couple members of our church. They have had monthly service with Roam for over 15+ years. Our pool was a particular disaster after I was unable to keep the chemicals in balance for over 7 months and it turned to an algae nightmare on us. Roam and his crew made quick work of my problem and also corrected other issues in the filter system. Their prices were reasonable and I am now back to crystal clear blue water and couldn't be more pleased. We are now on their monthly service and I will be a long term customer going forward. Thanks Pure Water!! read more

I have never had a worse customer experience. A technician (Joe or John) was sent out on behalf of my landlord, after arriving an hour late he starts off by asking me in a rude manner why I think he needs to do anything. What? I tell him what the regular service man told me then point to the problem filter. He apparently took great offence at me relaying the information he asked for because he slams shut the service box and yells at me, "Get someone else to fix this!". I was so shaken at this explosive outburst I turned and started walking away without saying a word back to my house. He then follows me, yelling again something about whos "great idea" it was to have the pump house laid out as it was. I gave no response as I just wanted to get away from this crazy situation. He continued to stay outside my house for a minute like he was looking for a fight. I understand there are two sides to every story but please believe me when I say to stay far away from this business read more

It probably helps that Roam Dunn, the owner of the company, is so personable and hands-on, but I also appreciate that he is so knowledgable and honest about his work. I have gotten to the point to just ask him to just do what needs to be done, but he still likes to inform me of what is going on. He has helped me in several "crisis" situations as well as the weekly chemical service, and I'm happy to give him the highest rating. read more

After checking three times that this company could service my pool, they call me right before they were suppose to be at my house and said that I was outside of their service area. I know for a fact they service my parents pool in the same area. They should have been more professional and let me know from the beginning, not wait until the appointment time to cancel. Not only did I wait a week for the appointment but waited around my house all afternoon for a no show - very unprofessional! read more
